{"id":99759,"date":"2019-11-29T16:54:05","date_gmt":"2019-11-29T22:54:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=99759"},"modified":"2019-11-29T16:54:05","modified_gmt":"2019-11-29T22:54:05","slug":"desarrolladores-ventanilla-unica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/desarrolladores-ventanilla-unica\/","title":{"rendered":"Desarrolladores contar\u00e1n con Ventanilla \u00danica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La Ventanilla impulsar\u00e1 transparencia y velocidad en la gesti\u00f3n de proyectos: Infonavit<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit) y la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Mejora Regulatoria (Conamer) firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n. Con ello, ambos organismos impulsar\u00e1n la creaci\u00f3n de una Ventanilla \u00danica de Vivienda. La herramienta permitir\u00e1 realizar tr\u00e1mites y servicios relacionados con la construcci\u00f3n habitacional con mayor eficiencia.<\/p>\n<p>El acuerdo, a decir de los organismos involucrados, permitir\u00e1 mayor claridad, transparencia y agilidad para los desarrolladores en la gesti\u00f3n de proyectos. Esto, a\u00f1adieron, eliminar\u00e1 malas pr\u00e1cticas y reducir\u00e1 tiempos, as\u00ed como costos administrativos.<\/p>\n<p>Tanto el Infonavit como la Conamer aseguraron que la instalaci\u00f3n de la ventanilla \u00fanica ser\u00e1 en beneficio de los trabajadores. Y es que, puntualizaron, al agilizar el proceso de autorizaci\u00f3n, se podr\u00e1 bajar costos que se trasladan al comprador final.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/carlosmartinezv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Carlos Mart\u00ednez<\/a>, director general del <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2019\/11\/13\/flexibilizar-precalificacion-infonavit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Infonavit<\/a>, destac\u00f3 que \u00e9sta ser\u00e1 una herramienta de mucha ayuda. Explic\u00f3 que, tras el an\u00e1lisis, el Instituto encontr\u00f3 que hay algunos desarrolladores que se enfrentan a procesos que tardan hasta 24 meses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNos hemos encontrado con que hay tr\u00e1mites que pueden tardar hasta 2 a\u00f1os. Esto aumenta los costos financieros que enfrentan los empresarios, y esto, por ende, se traslada al precio de las viviendas. Con este convenio se busca precisamente que eso no ocurra y que sea mucho m\u00e1s barato para los trabajadores adquirir una vivienda\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>Ventanilla y mejora regulatoria<\/h2>\n<p>Cabe destaca que, como parte del convenio, ambos organismos tambi\u00e9n impulsar\u00e1n un Programa de Mejora Regulatoria al interior del Infonavit. Esta acci\u00f3n, se\u00f1alaron, tendr\u00e1n como meta promover la simplificaci\u00f3n de sus procesos; adem\u00e1s de facilitar su innovaci\u00f3n financiera en beneficio de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Del mismo modo, se armonizar\u00e1n los procedimientos administrativos del Instituto y se incorporar\u00e1n al Registro Federal de Tr\u00e1mites.
