Con ello, el organismo ofrecer\u00e1 a sus derechohabientes <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ViviendaRevista\/status\/1200158356893315075\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cr\u00e9ditos <\/a>para la compra de vivienda originados en pesos y a tasa fija.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con <strong>Agust\u00edn Rodr\u00edguez L\u00f3pez<\/strong>, este esquema ser\u00e1 implementado en coordinaci\u00f3n con la <strong>banca<\/strong>. As\u00ed, el organismo abrir\u00e1 la puerta para que los trabajadores del Estado accedan a un <strong>cofinanciamiento<\/strong> entre las instituciones financieras privadas y el Fovissste.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c&#8217;Fovissste para Todos&#8217; es un cofinanciado. Nosotros ponemos la subcuenta y el resto lo pone el banco, con el CAT (Costo Anual Total) m\u00e1s bajo del mercado; andamos por el 10.30%. \u00bfQu\u00e9 significa esto? Que eliminamos paja, gastos superfluos, y lo que haces es justicia, que el trabajador tenga lo que tenga que pagar, y que su esfuerzo sea equitativo con el tipo de producto que va a recibir\u201d, dijo en entrevista.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e1s opciones con Fovissste<\/h2>\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2019\/11\/05\/agustin-rodriguez-premiohym\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vocal Ejecutivo<\/a> destac\u00f3 que con &#8216;Fovissste para Todos&#8217; se ampl\u00edan los <strong>esquemas de financiamiento<\/strong> para los derechohabientes. Y es que, al ser el banco quien otorgue la mayor parte de los recursos, los trabajadores no necesitar\u00e1n ser seleccionados con el procedimiento de puntaje para el otorgamiento de cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, Agust\u00edn rodr\u00edguez detall\u00f3 que 90% de los derechohabientes del Instituto podr\u00e1n acceder al esquema. Reiter\u00f3 que el cr\u00e9dito se originar\u00eda en pesos y a tasa fija, apegado a las condiciones de la banca.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSe <strong>originar\u00eda en pesos<\/strong> y con los <strong>t\u00e9rminos de la banca<\/strong>; a plaza fijo, y <strong>entra el 90%<\/strong> de nuestra cartera\u201d, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, con este producto, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el Vocal, los trabajadores podr\u00edan acceder a un monto de<strong> cr\u00e9dito mayor<\/strong>; adem\u00e1s, dijo, podr\u00eda ser el doble o triple.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2019Fovissste para todos\u2019 podr\u00e1 <strong>duplicar<\/strong> o <strong>triplicar<\/strong> el monto del cr\u00e9dito, esto gracias a la participaci\u00f3n del banco. El cr\u00e9dito con el banco tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1 complementarse con otros ingresos que tenga el trabajador.
