De esta manera, el organismo liber\u00f3 los primeros 15,000 financiamientos del ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2019\/11\/26\/fovissste-premiohym-agustin-rodriguez\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Agust\u00edn Rodr\u00edguez L\u00f3pez<\/a>, vocal ejecutivo del Fondo, el organismo recibi\u00f3 83,489 solicitudes de financiamiento para 2020. Destac\u00f3 que el organismo estar\u00eda en condiciones para otorgar <strong>hasta 55,300 cr\u00e9dito<\/strong>s en el a\u00f1o que reci\u00e9n comenzar\u00e1. Estas acciones implicar\u00edan una derrama por <strong>36,556 millones de pesos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El Vocal Ejecutivo expuso que a partir de hoy, los derechohabientes podr\u00e1n consultar la<strong> lista de prelaci\u00f3n<\/strong> para conocer el orden en el que ser\u00e1n otorgados los financiamientos. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el resto de los cr\u00e9ditos se <strong>liberar\u00e1n progresivamente<\/strong> durante el a\u00f1o. Puntualiz\u00f3 que esto depender\u00e1 de\u00a0la disponibilidad financiera del organismo.<\/p>\n<p>Rodr\u00edguez L\u00f3pez record\u00f3 que el Fondo emplea un <strong>sistema de puntaje<\/strong> para definir el otorgamiento de cr\u00e9dito. Indic\u00f3 que, con este m\u00e9todo, el organismo otorga una valoraci\u00f3n de acuerdo con los bimestres cotizados, el saldo de la subcuenta de vivienda, edad, sueldo, n\u00famero de miembros de la familia del trabajador; as\u00ed como la oferta y demanda regional de la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, para calificar y participar en el procedimiento de asignaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito, el trabajador debe cumplir algunos requisitos, entre ellos, tener al menos 18 meses de cotizaci\u00f3n continua; adem\u00e1s de m\u00ednimo 80 puntos con base en los criterios antes mencionados.<\/p>\n<h2>Procedimiento Fovissste 2020<\/h2>\n<p>Cabe destacar que para el <a href=\"http:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/2019\/11\/14\/fovissste-extiende-el-registro-de-solicitudes-de-credito-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">registro de cr\u00e9dito<\/a> 2020, el Fovissste otorgar\u00e1 puntos adicionales, en el marco del Sistema de puntaje para designaci\u00f3n, a ciertos grupos. Por lo tanto, maestros, enfermeros, m\u00e9dicos, polic\u00edas o quienes perciban un sueldo igual o menor a 2.8 Unidades de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMA\u2019s) recibir\u00edan este beneficio.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, el <strong>Sistema de Puntaje 2020<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n incorpora mejoras en beneficio de los trabajadores. En primer lugar, se destaca la simplificaci\u00f3n del plazo para la asignaci\u00f3n de vivienda y la verificaci\u00f3n final de importes. Aunado a lo anterior, plantea un mayor plazo para realizar el proceso. Antes, el trabajador ten\u00eda 30 d\u00edas para la asignaci\u00f3n y 60 d\u00edas para la verificaci\u00f3n.
