diputados ley de Vivienda, Agraria, Turismo y Obras"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Diputados aprobaron reformar distintas legislaciones para adecuarlas a la Ley General<\/em> <em>de Asentamientos Humanos, Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Este martes, la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n de Desarrollo Metropolitano, Urbano, Ordenamiento Territorial y Movilidad<\/strong>, presidida por la<strong> diputada Pilar Lozano Mac Donald<\/strong>, aprob\u00f3 <strong>reformar las leyes de Vivienda, Agraria, General de Bienes Nacionales, General de Turismo, y de Obras P\u00fablicas y Servicios Relacionados con las Mismas<\/strong>, con el fin de adecuarlas con la <strong>Ley General de Asentamientos Humanos, Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De la <strong>Ley Agraria<\/strong> se modificar\u00e1n los <strong>art\u00edculos 20, p\u00e1rrafo segundo, y 89,<\/strong> a fin de establecer que el ejercicio de los derechos de propiedad a que se refiere en lo relacionado con el aprovechamiento urbano y el equilibrio ecol\u00f3gico, se ajuste a lo dispuesto en la <strong>General de Asentamientos Humanos, Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano<\/strong>, y en la del <strong>Equilibrio Ecol\u00f3gico y la Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la reforma a dicha ley tambi\u00e9n determinar\u00e1 que en toda enajenaci\u00f3n de terrenos ejidales ubicados en las \u00e1reas declaradas reservadas para el crecimiento de un centro de poblaci\u00f3n se deber\u00e1 respetar el derecho de preferencia de los gobiernos de los estados y municipios, establecido por la de <strong>Asentamientos Humanos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se modificar\u00e1 el<strong> art\u00edculo 87 de la Ley General de Bienes Nacionales<\/strong>, para que los inmuebles federales que, por su superficie y ubicaci\u00f3n, sean adecuados para su aplicaci\u00f3n a programas de vivienda, puedan afectarse al desarrollo de dichas acciones, a trav\u00e9s de instituciones p\u00fablicas o privadas que lleven a cabo actividades de tal naturaleza.<\/p>\n<p>Esta legislaci\u00f3n exceptuar\u00e1 a aquellos inmuebles que sean \u00fatiles para destinarlos al servicio p\u00fablico, al uso com\u00fan, los utilizados para fines religiosos y los considerados monumentos hist\u00f3ricos o art\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se reformar\u00e1 el <strong>primer p\u00e1rrafo del art\u00edculo 25 de la General de Turismo<\/strong>, con el prop\u00f3sito de se\u00f1alar que la integraci\u00f3n, expedici\u00f3n, ejecuci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n del ordenamiento tur\u00edstico general del territorio se llevar\u00e1 a cabo de conformidad con lo dispuesto en esta ley y su reglamento, as\u00ed como en la <strong>General del Equilibrio Ecol\u00f3gico y la Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente<\/strong> y en la <strong>General de Asentamientos
