{"id":98299,"date":"2019-11-04T12:08:11","date_gmt":"2019-11-04T18:08:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=98299"},"modified":"2019-11-04T12:08:11","modified_gmt":"2019-11-04T18:08:11","slug":"la-cfe-reporta-ganancias-por-mas-de-2000-mdp-al-cierre-de-septiembre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/la-cfe-reporta-ganancias-por-mas-de-2000-mdp-al-cierre-de-septiembre\/","title":{"rendered":"La CFE reporta ganancias por m\u00e1s de 2,000 mdp al cierre de septiembre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Los resultados financieros de la CFE han mejorado significativamente en comparaci\u00f3n con los reportados durante el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Durante el periodo enero-septiembre de 2019, la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad (<strong>CFE)<\/strong> obtuvo ganancias por 2,219 millones de pesos (mdp), resultados financieros que han mejorado significativamente en comparaci\u00f3n con los reportados durante el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Es preciso mencionar que las medidas implementadas por la<strong> CFE<\/strong> para tener mayor control de sus costos, principalmente de combustibles y energ\u00e9ticos, y precios inferiores de los energ\u00e9ticos en los mercados internacionales, fueron determinantes para la obtenci\u00f3n de estos resultados y tambi\u00e9n para atenuar la diferencia entre el tercer trimestre 2019 contra el tercero de 2018, esto pese a las diferencias en las tarifas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tarifas determinadas por la CRE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las tarifas vigentes de suministro b\u00e1sico est\u00e1n determinadas por la<strong> Comisi\u00f3n Reguladora de Energ\u00eda (CRE)<\/strong> y empezaron su aplicaci\u00f3n en diciembre de 2017; su implementaci\u00f3n signific\u00f3 cambios estructurales en la facturaci\u00f3n de los clientes y en algunos casos, representaron incrementos mayores al 100% en los pagos.<\/p>\n<p>Para disminuir el impacto de las tarifas, la <strong>CRE<\/strong> hizo diversas modificaciones al esquema tarifario, especialmente durante el primer semestre de 2018, las cuales incluyeron cambios en las reglas de facturaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Estabilidad en las tarifas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A partir del 2019, la <strong>CRE<\/strong> defini\u00f3 una metodolog\u00eda que prioriz\u00f3 la estabilidad de las tarifas, mismas que se redujeron el 15% respecto a diciembre de 2018. Los ajustes a lo largo del a\u00f1o tambi\u00e9n han sido a la baja debido a los menores costos de generaci\u00f3n asociados.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar del ascenso continuo de precios en 2018 y la estabilidad relativa de precios en 2019, los resultados financieros de la<strong> CFE<\/strong> exponen una mejor\u00eda significativa que emana del control de costos de combustibles y
