{"id":97614,"date":"2019-10-18T14:15:57","date_gmt":"2019-10-18T19:15:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=97614"},"modified":"2019-10-18T14:17:14","modified_gmt":"2019-10-18T19:17:14","slug":"crecen-9-5-ingresos-city-express","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/crecen-9-5-ingresos-city-express\/","title":{"rendered":"Crecen 9.5% ingresos de City Express"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Al cierre del trimestre la cadena operaba 151 hoteles, un incremento de 12 nuevas unidades en comparaci\u00f3n con el 3T 2018<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La cadena hotelera <strong>City Express<\/strong> report\u00f3 a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV) un incremento de 9.5% en sus <strong>ingresos<\/strong> al t\u00e9rmino del tercer trimestre del a\u00f1o, respecto al mismo periodo de 2018, por un monto de\u00a0811.8 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la compa\u00f1\u00eda, este resultado \u00abes producto principalmente del incremento en el n\u00famero de Cuartos Noche Instalados a nivel cadena y del crecimiento del ADR\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, la <strong>Utilidad de Operaci\u00f3n<\/strong> alcanz\u00f3 los 128.4 mdp en el 3T19, lo que refleja una disminuci\u00f3n de 21.8% respecto al mismo trimestre del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab(Esto) derivado del incremento en gastos de depreciaci\u00f3n producto de los ajustes correspondientes a la norma IFRS 16 y el incremento relacionado a los costos de energ\u00e9ticos\u00bb, agrega City Express.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, el <strong>EBITDA<\/strong> y el EBITDA Ajustado reportados fueron de 242.2 mdp y $243.8 mdp, respectivamente. Los m\u00e1rgenes de EBITDA y EBITDA Ajustado durante el periodo alcanzaron 29.8% y 30.0%.<\/p>\n<p>Al cierre del trimestre la cadena operaba <strong>151 hoteles<\/strong>, un incremento de 12 nuevas unidades en comparaci\u00f3n con los 139 hoteles que operaban al cierre del mismo periodo del 2018.<\/p>\n<p>El n\u00famero de cuartos en operaci\u00f3n al 3T19 alcanz\u00f3 17,157 un incremento de 9.3% en comparaci\u00f3n con los 15,691 que operaban al cierre del 3T18, destac\u00f3 la firma.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Al cierre del trimestre la cadena operaba 151
