En cuanto a los condominios d\u00faplex, actualmente se realizan 3, con un inventario de 695 hogares de este tipo, refiere el documento.<\/p>\n<p>De 132 proyectos que se llevan a cabo, 10 pertenecen al sector de inter\u00e9s social, con precio promedio de 264 mil 900 pesos; 23 al \u00e1mbito econ\u00f3mico, que valen 430 mil 504 pesos; 45 a la vivienda media, con valor de 888 mil 700 pesos; 29 a residencial, un mill\u00f3n 905 mil 229 pesos y 25 proyectos de residencial plus, que cuestan alrededor de cinco millones 275 mil 215 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Los precios por metro cuadrado oscilan entre los 5 mil 660 pesos y los 71 mil 709 pesos, la media se sit\u00faa en los 13 mil 535 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la base de datos de Softec, los proyectos con mejor desempe\u00f1o, dentro de la zona bajo an\u00e1lisis, son los proyectos de Valle de las Palas con 75 viviendas vendidas en promedio al mes;
