noviembre\u00a0<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Por su destacada labor en pro del sector de la vivienda, el <strong>Consejo Editorial<\/strong> de Centro Urbano eligi\u00f3 a <strong>Agust\u00edn Rodr\u00edguez L\u00f3pez<\/strong>, vocal ejecutivo de Fovissste, y <strong>Enrique Margain Pitman<\/strong>, director ejecutivo de Cr\u00e9dito Hipotecario de HSBC, como los ganadores del <strong>Premio Hombres y Mujeres de la Casa<\/strong> en su edici\u00f3n 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Luego que el pasado 13 de septiembre se dio a conocer la decisi\u00f3n, esta ma\u00f1ana, en presencia de diversos integrantes del Consejo Editorial, se entregaron las cartas que los acreditan como los acreedores del galard\u00f3n en las categor\u00edas <strong>Sector P\u00fablico<\/strong> y <strong>Sector Privado,<\/strong> respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Como se cit\u00f3, la decisi\u00f3n de otorgar el reconocimiento m\u00e1s importante de la industria, y que es considerado el <strong>Oscar de la Vivienda<\/strong>, se debe al impulso que estos personajes han realizado para con el sector.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de Agust\u00edn Rodr\u00edguez, se reconoce su destacada participaci\u00f3n por mantener a <strong>Fovissste<\/strong> como un organismo que no ha detenido la <strong>colocaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito<\/strong> a pesar del cambio de gobierno y por detonar diversos cambios importantes en el Fondo, como nuevos productos hipotecarios.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, en el caso de Enrique Margain, se reconoce su importante aporte a la industria desde el \u00e1mbito del cr\u00e9dito hipotecario, como uno de los principales actores que han logrado poner al centro de la agenda el tema del financiamiento y lograr una estrecha vinculaci\u00f3n entre el sector bancario y los diversos actores, todo en pro del sector.<\/p>\n<p>La ceremonia de entrega se realizar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo mes de noviembre, en la que tambi\u00e9n se reconocer\u00e1 la trayectoria de <strong>Javier Olvera Iglesias<\/strong> con el Premio en la <strong>Categor\u00eda Cimientos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Es preciso recordar que en la <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/hym2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">edici\u00f3n 2018 del Premio<\/a>, el gobernador de Quintana Roo, <strong>Carlos Joaqu\u00edn Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>; el fundador de Casas Javer,\u00a0Salom\u00f3n Mascushamer; y la presidenta de la Fundaci\u00f3n Cidoc, Sara Topelson, fueron los ganadores del galard\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<a
