De esta forma, entre enero y junio se concretaron 245,500 cr\u00e9ditos, en contraste con los 260,200 entregados en el mismo periodo, pero de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con datos del Bolet\u00edn Estad\u00edstico de Agosto que difunde la <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n de Bancos de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> (ABM), la inversi\u00f3n destinada para la entrega de hipotecas\u00a0se ubic\u00f3 en 173,600 millones de pesos, es decir, un aumento de 2.3 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Este escenario se vio impulsado por una baja en la colocaci\u00f3n tanto del Infonavit como del Fovissste. En este sentido, el n\u00famero de acciones realizadas de manera conjunta por ambos organismos se coloc\u00f3 180,600, lo que representa una baja de 9.5 por ciento. En t\u00e9rminos de inversi\u00f3n, la participaci\u00f3n de los institutos p\u00fablicos descendi\u00f3 11%, al colocar 81,800 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Por organismo, el <strong>Infonavit<\/strong> registr\u00f3 una ca\u00edda de 7% en el n\u00famero de acciones y 11% en la inversi\u00f3n, con lo que registr\u00f3 un total de 158,700 cr\u00e9ditos entregados y una derrama de 66,300 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de <strong>Fovissste<\/strong>, el organismo coloc\u00f3 5.2% menos cr\u00e9ditos, y derram\u00f3 9.2% menos recursos. Y es que, en el primer semestre, el Fondo coloc\u00f3 22,000 financiamientos e invirti\u00f3 15,400 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>banca<\/strong> fue el jugador que inyect\u00f3 dinamismo a la actividad, pues obtuvo crecimientos tanto en n\u00famero de acciones como en monto. As\u00ed, en el periodo, obtuvo crecimiento de 7% en el n\u00famero de acciones y aumento de 11% en el monto invertido, con lo que entreg\u00f3 64,900 financiamiento, por un monto de 91,800 millones de pesos. Cabe se\u00f1alar que el ticket promedio de la banca se coloc\u00f3 en 1 mill\u00f3n 415,000 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_96035\" style=\"width: 524px\" class=\"wp-caption
