Hoy, estas acciones que se tomaron en la instituci\u00f3n, han permitido que el banco se coloc\u00f3 como el que m\u00e1s crece en materia hipotecaria.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, de acuerdo con datos del banco, entre abril de 2018 y marzo de 2019, HSBC ha <strong>repuntado<\/strong> su participaci\u00f3n en el mercado. Y es que en este periodo registr\u00f3 crecimientos de <strong>doble d\u00edgito<\/strong> tanto en n\u00famero de cr\u00e9ditos otorgados como en monto de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n de la instituci\u00f3n, entre abril de 2018 y marzo 2019, el banco coloc\u00f3 10,500 cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios, lo que representa una inversi\u00f3n de 17,000 millones de pesos. En el caso del n\u00famero de acciones, el resultado representa un <strong>aumento de 37%<\/strong>, mientras que en la inversi\u00f3n, la cifra equivale a un <strong>incremento de 35 por ciento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[quote]\u201cEn el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o hemos hecho cambios importantes en temas de procesos, pol\u00edticas de cr\u00e9dito, mejorar las l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito, mejorar las condiciones financieras de nuestros productos, entender m\u00e1s las necesidades de los clientes en materia de financiamiento a la vivienda\u201d, asegur\u00f3 Enrique Margain en entrevista.[\/quote]<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, de acuerdo con el banco, la participaci\u00f3n de HSBC en el banco creci\u00f3 alrededor de 84 puntos b\u00e1sicos en este periodo, con lo que el balance del banco se ubica en 30 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRealmente somos el banco que m\u00e1s ha crecido en materia de cr\u00e9dito hipotecario\u201d,
