la infraestructura ser\u00e1 una red log\u00edstica que coadyuve en el crecimiento de M\u00e9xico<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El<strong> titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT), Javier Jim\u00e9nez Espir\u00fa<\/strong>, encabez\u00f3 la ceremonia con motivo del <strong>61 Aniversario de Caminos y Puentes Federales de Ingresos y Servicios Conexos (Capufe)<\/strong>, donde declar\u00f3 que <strong>el organismo es un instrumento fundamental para el pa\u00eds,<\/strong> adem\u00e1s de que cuenta con una gran responsabilidad, ya que est\u00e1n a su cargo las carreteras de cuota, mismas que deben vincularse con el resto de la red de carreteras, con la red ferroviaria y con los puertos, para detonar el bienestar de los mexicanos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jim\u00e9nez Espir\u00fa<\/strong> se\u00f1al\u00f3 que <strong>Capufe<\/strong>\u00a0debe ser eficiente, solidaria, tener respeto con quienes usan sus rutas, cuidar a las personas que ah\u00ed trabajan y mantener la calidad en lo que realiza, para convertirse en <strong>palanca de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> En este sentido, exhort\u00f3 a los trabajadores del organismo a abatir totalmente la corrupci\u00f3n y la impunidad, y tomar el camino de la \u00e9tica, la profesionalizaci\u00f3n y el sentido fundamental del servicio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el <strong>secretario de Comunicaciones y Transportes<\/strong> afirm\u00f3 que <strong>la infraestructura es esencial para el desarrollo<\/strong> econ\u00f3mico, social, educativo y cultural del pa\u00eds, por lo que, en esta administraci\u00f3n, se har\u00e1 del sector una <strong>red log\u00edstica eficiente que coadyuve en el crecimiento de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, y no solo un medio de comunicaci\u00f3n de un punto a otro.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el <strong>director general de Capufe, Genaro Enrique Ultrilla Guti\u00e9rrez,<\/strong> detall\u00f3 que, actualmente, el organismo registra anualmente m\u00e1s de 4<strong>48 millones de cruces vehiculares por casetas de cobro distribuidas en m\u00e1s de 4,000 kil\u00f3metros lineales de autopistas y puentes,<\/strong> siendo el mayor operador del pa\u00eds y uno de los m\u00e1s grandes del mundo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Capufe<\/strong>\u00a0fue creado por Decreto Presidencial el <strong>31 de julio de 1958<\/strong>, y tiene a su cargo cerca de la mitad de la Red Nacional de Autopistas de cuota y dos terceras partes de Puentes de
