paquetes podr\u00e1n dar inicio a partir del 1\u00b0 de agosto del presente a\u00f1o<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Energ\u00eda<\/strong> emiti\u00f3 los <strong>fallos de licitaci\u00f3n<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de invitaci\u00f3n restringida para las empresas que se encargar\u00e1n de construir la <strong>refiner\u00eda Dos Bocas<\/strong> en el estado de <strong>Tabasco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La filial de Pemex,<strong> PTI\u00a0Infraestructura de Desarrollo<\/strong>, emiti\u00f3 los fallos\u00a0para la asignaci\u00f3n de los <strong>paquetes 1, 2, 3, 4 y 6<\/strong> con un monto de <strong>7,508 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> (mdd), dentro de las bases de la invitaci\u00f3n restringida se pidi\u00f3 que hubiera integraci\u00f3n de mano de obra nacional m\u00ednima del <strong>50%<\/strong> en cada paquete.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>p<\/strong><strong>aquete 1<\/strong> se adjudic\u00f3 a la asociaci\u00f3n de empresas formado por <strong>Fluor Enterprises e ICA Fluor<\/strong>, quienes ser\u00e1n los encargados de la construcci\u00f3n de la <strong>planta combinada<\/strong> y de <strong>coquizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>,\u00a0tendr\u00e1n un monto total de <strong>1,705 mdd<\/strong> y con integraci\u00f3n nacional del 96 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Los <strong>paquetes 2 y 3<\/strong> fueron entregados a <strong>Samsung Engineering y Asociados Constructores DBNR<\/strong>, en los que se incluye la construcci\u00f3n de las <strong>plantas<\/strong> <strong>hidrodesfulcadoras<\/strong>, planta de <strong>alquilaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, una <strong>isomerizadora<\/strong> de butanos, pentanos y hexanos, entre otras plantas preparadoras, el paquete 2 tendr\u00e1 un monto total\u00a0de\u00a0<strong>1,789 mdd<\/strong>, mientras que el paquete 3 tendr\u00e1 un monto que asciende a <strong>1,410 mdd<\/strong>, ambos con una integraci\u00f3n nacional del 50 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Los <strong>paquetes 4 y 6<\/strong> estar\u00e1n a cargo de <strong>Kellogg Brown &amp; Root<\/strong> en conjunto con <strong>Constructora Hostipaquillo<\/strong>, que construir\u00e1n la <strong>planta de tratamiento de gases<\/strong> y realizar\u00e1n la <strong>urbanizaci\u00f3n interna<\/strong> as\u00ed como los edificios y servicios.\u00a0El monto para el paquete 4 ser\u00e1 de\u00a0<strong>351,448 mdd<\/strong>, con una integraci\u00f3n nacional del 79.5 % y el monto del paquete 6 ser\u00e1 de <strong>1,844 mdd<\/strong> con una integraci\u00f3n nacional del 85.7 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que la Sener anunci\u00f3 que las contrataciones para el<strong> paquete 5<\/strong>,\u00a0construcci\u00f3n de <strong>almacenamiento<\/strong> y <strong>manejo de producto<\/strong>, tendr\u00e1n inicio a\u00a0<strong>principios del siguente a\u00f1o<\/strong>\u00a0y s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1n participar\u00a0<strong>empresas nacionales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En conferencia de prensa, Roc\u00edo Nahle, titular de la Sener, puntualiz\u00f3 que la construcci\u00f3n de la refiner\u00eda en Dos Bocas se debe a la cercan\u00eda de almacenamiento y distribuci\u00f3n del crudo \u00abah\u00ed es donde llega m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de barriles de petr\u00f3leo al d\u00eda\u00bb, subray\u00f3 la secretaria de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo dictamin\u00f3 que los recursos totales requeridos para la refiner\u00eda Dos Bocas, ascienden a un m\u00e1ximo de <strong>8,134 mdd<\/strong>, de los cuales <strong>4,587<\/strong> <strong>mdd\u00a0<\/strong>ser\u00e1n destinados a la construcci\u00f3n de las plantas, mientras que unos <strong>2,191 mdd<\/strong> se utilizar\u00e1n para servicios auxiliares y <strong>1,300 mdd<\/strong> para acondicionamiento y planificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La secretaria de energ\u00eda record\u00f3 que el proyecto se desarrollar\u00e1 en <strong>tres etapas<\/strong>, y que actualmente se trabaja con la preparaci\u00f3n del sitio en m\u00e1s de <strong>500 hect\u00e1reas<\/strong>,\u00a0incluyendo el\u00a0mejoramiento de <strong>suelos<\/strong>, <strong>terracer\u00eda<\/strong>, <strong>residencia de obra<\/strong>, <strong>despalme<\/strong>, <strong>desmonte<\/strong> y <strong>construcci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Roc\u00edo Nahle destac\u00f3 que una vez entregados los contratos las empresas ganadoras, \u00e9stas podr\u00e1n iniciar con
