{"id":93458,"date":"2019-07-18T18:29:57","date_gmt":"2019-07-18T23:29:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=93458"},"modified":"2019-07-22T18:34:10","modified_gmt":"2019-07-22T23:34:10","slug":"subsidio-ventas-javer-2t2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/subsidio-ventas-javer-2t2019\/","title":{"rendered":"Por falta de subsidio, ventas de Javer bajan 29%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La empresa se\u00f1al\u00f3 que mantiene su gu\u00eda de resultados, al esperar un mejor 2S2019<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En el 2T2019, la venta de vivienda de la desarrolladora <strong>Javer<\/strong> baj\u00f3 29.5%, resultado impulsado principalmente por la ca\u00edda en la venta de unidades del segmento medio y de inter\u00e9s social.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el reporte enviado a la <strong>Bolsa Mexicana de Valores<\/strong> (BMV), el n\u00famero de unidades desplazadas en el periodo lleg\u00f3 a 3,755, resultado que contrasta con las 5,329 unidades vendidas en el 2T2018.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con <strong>Ren\u00e9 Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, director general de la empresa, este resultado se vio impulsado principalmente por el tema de la falta de subsidio. Sin embargo, el directivo asegur\u00f3 que el resultado estaba contemplado dentro de los planes del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>[quote]\u201cPresentamos los resultados financieros y operativos del primer semestre de 2019, mismos que se encuentran en l\u00ednea con la expectativa de resultados para el a\u00f1o en curso y con el pron\u00f3stico que ten\u00edamos para los dos trimestres ya transcurridos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.[\/quote]<\/p>\n<p>El empresario a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que adem\u00e1s de la falta de subsidio, otro factor que impacto en el desplazamiento fue \u201cel <strong>agotamiento<\/strong> de 10 proyectos durante los \u00faltimos meses de 2018, cuya reposici\u00f3n se tiene contemplada para la segunda mitad de este a\u00f1o\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, los ingresos reportados por la empresa representan una contracci\u00f3n de 20.9%, al pasar de 2,276 millones de pesos en el 2T2018 a 1,800 millones de pesos en el 2T2019.<\/p>\n<p>[quote]\u201cEn relaci\u00f3n a la comparativa con los periodos de 2018, el desfase en unidades vendidas y en los principales indicadores fueron provocados por i) el efecto de la cancelaci\u00f3n del programa de subsidios que repercuti\u00f3 en el nivel de unidades vendidas, tal como lo hab\u00edamos previsto a inicios de a\u00f1o; en conjunto con ii) el agotamiento de 10 proyectos durante los \u00faltimos meses de 2018, cuya reposici\u00f3n se tiene contemplada para la segunda mitad de este a\u00f1o\u201d.[\/quote]<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de la baja, Javer se\u00f1al\u00f3 que mantiene su plan para 2019.
