{"id":93375,"date":"2019-07-18T08:11:18","date_gmt":"2019-07-18T13:11:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=93375"},"modified":"2019-07-18T02:14:59","modified_gmt":"2019-07-18T07:14:59","slug":"tren-maya-1470-km-oportunidades","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/urbanismo\/tren-maya-1470-km-oportunidades\/","title":{"rendered":"Tren Maya, 1,470 km de oportunidades: ONU-Habitat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>ONU-Habitat y Fonatur dise\u00f1ar\u00e1n e implementar\u00e1n planes de ordenamiento territorial y urban\u00edstico para el adecuado desarrollo del Tren Maya<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>ONU-Habitat<\/strong>, el programa de la Naciones Unidas para los asentamientos humanos, y el<strong> Fondo Nacional de Fomento al Turismo (Fonatur)<\/strong> realizaron un <strong>recorrido por la zona por la que transitar\u00e1 el Tren Maya en el estado de Campeche<\/strong>, con la finalidad de evaluar las condiciones de la infraestructura existente, as\u00ed como los retos para el dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n de planes urbanos.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>v\u00eda f\u00e9rrea existente en Campeche fue construida en 1895<\/strong> y es un importante nodo de comunicaci\u00f3n que conecta por tierra al sureste con el resto del pa\u00eds. Llega de la ciudad de M\u00e9rida, pasa por el centro de Campeche, contin\u00faa hacia Champot\u00f3n y de ah\u00ed a la ciudad de Esc\u00e1rcega.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, por estas v\u00edas circula la <strong>l\u00ednea Mayab,<\/strong> que es medio de transporte de materias primas y productos terminados a los estados de Tabasco, Campeche, Yucat\u00e1n y Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, a pesar de la importante tradici\u00f3n ferroviaria de la entidad, <strong>ONU-Habitat reporta que las instalaciones del anterior Ferrocarril del Sureste<\/strong>, como la estaci\u00f3n, sus bodegas, talleres y oficinas, as\u00ed como algunos vagones <strong>est\u00e1n en el abandono<\/strong>. Asimismo, las zonas aleda\u00f1as a la estaci\u00f3n del tren se encuentran subutilizadas y no tiene una funci\u00f3n definida.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/campeche-tren-maya-05.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-93377 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/campeche-tren-maya-05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"540\" height=\"288\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/campeche-tren-maya-05.jpg 750w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/campeche-tren-maya-05-300x160.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/a>\n<p>La nueva estaci\u00f3n del <strong>Tren Maya<\/strong> deber\u00e1 contar con una correcta planeaci\u00f3n que permita desarrollar, integrar y estructurar de forma ordenada las \u00e1reas de influencia cercanas, por lo que <strong>ONU-Habitat y Fonatur dise\u00f1ar\u00e1n e implementar\u00e1n planes de ordenamiento territorial y urban\u00edstico<\/strong> para el adecuado desarrollo del Tren.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con <strong>ONU-Habitat,<\/strong> \u201c<strong>el Tren Maya no son 1,470 km de v\u00edas, son 1,470 km de oportunidades<\/strong> que mejorar\u00e1n la calidad de vida de todos los habitantes del sureste mexicano\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior se debe a que el <strong>\u00cdndice de Prosperidad de las Ciudades (CPI) de Campeche<\/strong> recomienda que la ciudad aumente sus \u00edndices productivos, mejore sus sistemas de transporte, modernice la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios p\u00fablicos, implemente proyectos de vivienda y fortalezca sus instrumentos regulatorios, y en este sentido, <strong>el Tren Maya puede ser un detonador de prosperidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/campeche-tren-maya-13.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-93378 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/campeche-tren-maya-13.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"540\" height=\"288\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/campeche-tren-maya-13.jpg 750w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/campeche-tren-maya-13-300x160.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/a>\n<p>La premisa fundamental del <strong>Tren Maya<\/strong> es <strong>aumentar el bienestar y calidad de vida de los habitantes de esta zona del pa\u00eds<\/strong>, que se podr\u00e1 lograr gracias a una urbanizaci\u00f3n bien gestionada, con transparencia y responsabilidad, apoyada por <strong>ONU-Habitat,<\/strong> quien tambi\u00e9n se encargar\u00e1 de garantizar que se cumplan los derechos de todos los habitantes de la regi\u00f3n, en especial de los m\u00e1s vulnerables, para asegurar que el proyecto beneficie social,
