{"id":93022,"date":"2019-07-10T16:05:53","date_gmt":"2019-07-10T21:05:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=93022"},"modified":"2019-07-10T16:07:25","modified_gmt":"2019-07-10T21:07:25","slug":"hipotecas-mercado-tradicional-abril","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/hipotecas-mercado-tradicional-abril\/","title":{"rendered":"Cay\u00f3 8% la colocaci\u00f3n de hipotecas en el mercado tradicional"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Mientras la originaci\u00f3n de los organismos p\u00fablicos descendi\u00f3 10%, la banca increment\u00f3 en los mismos niveles su inversi\u00f3n<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Con cifras al cierre de <strong>abril<\/strong> 2019, la colocaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito hipotecario en el mercado <strong>tradicional<\/strong> descendi\u00f3 7.9%, al pasar de 158,700 cr\u00e9dito originados en 2018, a 146,200 registrados en el primer cuatrimestre de 2019. Este n\u00famero de acciones represent\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n de 105 millones de pesos, es decir, un aumento de marina de 2.1 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con datos de la <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n de Bancos de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> (ABM), esta ca\u00edda fue impulsada principalmente por la <strong>baja<\/strong> en la colocaci\u00f3n de los organismos p\u00fablicos, es decir <strong>Infonavit<\/strong> y <strong>Fovissste. <\/strong>Enn conjunto, estos institutos presentaron una ca\u00edda de 10.6%, al registrar la colocaci\u00f3n de 107,900 cr\u00e9ditos.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso del <strong>Infonavit<\/strong>, la ca\u00edda en la colocaci\u00f3n crediticia se ubic\u00f3 en 11 por ciento. As\u00ed, de 106,500 financiamiento otorgados en el primer cuatrimestre de 2018, la cifra descendi\u00f3 a 94,700 en el mismo periodo, pero de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, la inversi\u00f3n del Infonavit tambi\u00e9n vino a la baja. Y es que, de enero a abril 2019, el organismo coloc\u00f3 39,800 millones de pesos, lo que represent\u00f3 una ca\u00edda de 4.7 por ciento en la derrama generada.<\/p>\n<p>Para el <strong>Fovissste<\/strong>, la originaci\u00f3n se ubic\u00f3 en 13,200 cr\u00e9ditos, un descenso de 6.7% en el n\u00famero de financiamientos. En monto de inversi\u00f3n la cifra cay\u00f3 4.7, al pasar de 40,100 a 39,800 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Por el contrario, la actividad de la <strong>banca<\/strong> se mantuvo estable y con ganancias en el tema de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, en el primer cuatrimestre de 2019, la colocaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito registr\u00f3 un incremento marginal de 0.7%, mientras que la inversi\u00f3n creci\u00f3 10.9 por ciento, al colocar 56,2000 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/colocaci\u00f3n-hipotecaria_abril-2019_ABM.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full
