{"id":92523,"date":"2019-07-01T13:00:53","date_gmt":"2019-07-01T18:00:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=92523"},"modified":"2019-07-12T17:47:17","modified_gmt":"2019-07-12T22:47:17","slug":"infonavit-automatizar-reestructuras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/infonavit-automatizar-reestructuras\/","title":{"rendered":"Lanza Infonavit piloto para automatizar reestructuras"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El objetivo es acelerar la posibilidad de que trabajadores se beneficien de este modelo que busca apoyarlos a liquidar el financiamiento <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la vivienda para los Trabajadores<\/strong> (Infonavit) arranca hoy el programa piloto para que los acreditados que califiquen al esquema de <strong>Responsabilidad Compartida<\/strong> puedan acceder al programa de manera autom\u00e1tica sin necesidad de solicitar la acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con fuentes del Instituto, la medida busca <strong>simplificar<\/strong> los tr\u00e1mites para que los trabajadores puedan acceder al beneficio de migrar los financiamientos de veces salarios m\u00ednimos a pesos y recibir un descuento de en promedio 55 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Es preciso recordar que, desde el lanzamiento de Responsabilidad Compartida, el director general del organismo, <strong>Carlos Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, plante\u00f3 que la meta del programa era llegar a un modelo autom\u00e1tico. No obstante, gracias al visto bueno de la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n nacional Bancaria y de Valores<\/strong> (CNBV) es posible arrancar este esquema de automatizaci\u00f3n piloto.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada, esta etapa piloto permitir\u00e1 al organismo evaluar el progreso de la automatizaci\u00f3n del esquema, sobre todo para estar atentos del tema de riego y calificaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>meta para el a\u00f1o<\/strong> con Responsabilidad Compartida es beneficiar a 194,000 trabajadores. Aunque no se dieron cifras precisas de si esta automatizaci\u00f3n podr\u00eda impactar en la meta establecida.<\/p>\n<p>Esta medida forma parte de la respuesta que el<strong> Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n del Infonavit<\/strong> dio al presidente en relaci\u00f3n a la solicitud de ampliar el esquema de Responsabilidad Compartida.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
