detonar vivienda en 9 corredores de CDMX"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Desarrolladores y gobierno plantean una salida al freno al desarrollo inmobiliario que ha afectado a la capital en casi un a\u00f1o\u00a0<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Desarrolladores <strong>inmobiliarios<\/strong> y empresarios del sector se reunieron con la jefa de gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, <strong>Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo,<\/strong> para dar seguimiento a las medidas que buscan reactivar la construcci\u00f3n en la capital tras un periodo de casi un a\u00f1o de revisi\u00f3n de alrededor de 200 proyectos inmobiliarios en la capital.<\/p>\n<p>Resultado de dicho encuentro, en el que tambi\u00e9n participaron dependencias como las Secretar\u00edas de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda (Seduvi), de Movilidad (Semovi) y la de Medio Ambiente (Sedema), trascendi\u00f3 que los principales jugadores de la industria podr\u00edan alcanzar un acuerdo para liberar la presi\u00f3n que ocasion\u00f3 el freno inmobiliario a la capital, impulsando proyectos de <strong>vivienda<\/strong> principalmente en <strong>9 corredores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, el inter\u00e9s del gobierno actual de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico se ha focalizado en regenerar importantes zonas con mucho potencial como el <strong>Centro Hist\u00f3rico, Reforma Norte, Vallejo, Atlampa, Eje Central, Zona Rosa, Tacubaya, San Cosme y Tlalpan<\/strong>, en los que se agilizar\u00e1n licencias para reactivar al sector, con ayuda de incentivos fiscales.<\/p>\n<p>Es preciso recordar que desde el inicio de la administraci\u00f3n de Sheinbaum Pardo se\u00a0anunci\u00f3 que se reforzar\u00eda las medidas para otorgar nuevos permisos de <strong>construcci\u00f3n<\/strong>, en tanto no habr\u00eda m\u00e1s autorizaciones para construir bajo la figura de los pol\u00edgonos de actuaci\u00f3n, con el argumento de que se hab\u00eda abusado de este instrumento.<\/p>\n<p>El posible acuerdo se antoja destacable, en el marco de las intenciones del actual gobierno por impulsar vivienda media y social para <strong>revitalizar<\/strong> estas zonas de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, y atacar el rezago
