{"id":91627,"date":"2019-06-12T12:37:41","date_gmt":"2019-06-12T17:37:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=91627"},"modified":"2019-06-12T15:19:56","modified_gmt":"2019-06-12T20:19:56","slug":"cartera-credito-shf-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/cartera-credito-shf-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Cartera de cr\u00e9dito de SHF creci\u00f3 5.2%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>En diciembre del a\u00f1o anterior, el banco alcanz\u00f3 un aumento trimestral por arriba de 2% <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La cartera de cr\u00e9dito de <strong>Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal<\/strong> (SHF) cerr\u00f3 2018 con un valor del orden de los 73,361 millones de pesos, resultado que equivale a un crecimiento de 5.2% en relaci\u00f3n a lo registrado en diciembre de 2017.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el informe presentado por la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Bancaria y de Valores<\/strong> (CNBV), este banco de desarrollo especializado en vivienda, obtuvo en crecimiento anual de 3,600 millones de pesos. Con esto, la cartera de SHF represent\u00f3 por m\u00e1s de 7% de la cartera total de la banca de desarrollo mexicana.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, en la actividad por trimestre, la cifra obtenida entre octubre y diciembre de 2018 represent\u00f3 un crecimiento de 2.6 por ciento. De esta forma, el valor de la cartera pas\u00f3 de 69,719 a 63,361 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Es preciso se\u00f1alar que estas cifras no incluyen la din\u00e1mica del <strong>Fondo de Operaci\u00f3n y Financiamiento Bancario a la Vivienda<\/strong> (Fovi) que opera SHF.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, el <strong>\u00cdndice de Morosidad<\/strong> de la cartera de SHF registr\u00f3 descensos. En el caso del resultado anual, la cartera vencida bajo 52 puntos b\u00e1sicos, mientras que en relaci\u00f3n al trimestre anterior la reducci\u00f3n se ubic\u00f3 en 24 puntos
