As\u00ed, mientras la venta en el <strong>segmento econ\u00f3mico<\/strong>, con valor de hasta 316,964 pesos, descendi\u00f3 88%, en el caso de la <strong>vivienda popular<\/strong>, con precio de 316,964 a 537,200 pesos, baj\u00f3 33.3 por ciento.<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Vivienda-economica_Primer-bimestre_.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-90913\" title=\"Venta de vivienda ec\u00f3nomica\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Vivienda-economica_Primer-bimestre_.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"438\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Vivienda-economica_Primer-bimestre_.jpg 397w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Vivienda-economica_Primer-bimestre_-171x300.jpg 171w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con datos de<strong> Realty World<\/strong> presentados en el <strong>Monitor Inmobiliario<\/strong> de abril, entre enero y febrero se vendieron en el pa\u00eds 1,552 viviendas del segmento econ\u00f3mico. Cabe destacar que, en el mismo periodo, pero de 2018, el n\u00famero de unidades desplazadas alcanz\u00f3 las 14,000.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa colocaci\u00f3n de vivienda econ\u00f3mica report\u00f3 declives pronunciados en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Quer\u00e9taro, Nayarit, Puebla, Morelos, el Estado de M\u00e9xico, Campeche y Oaxaca\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la firma.<\/p>\n<p>En actividad por estado, ninguna entidad report\u00f3 variaciones positivas en la venta de vivienda del segmento econ\u00f3mico. Incluso, los descensos superaron la barrera de 50 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de <strong>Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, entidad l\u00edder en la venta del segmento, la reducci\u00f3n fue de 82%, al pasar de 1,237 unidades en 2018, a 222 en el arranque del presente a\u00f1o. Ejemplo similar es el de <strong>Jalisco<\/strong>, cuya colocaci\u00f3n cay\u00f3 82%, al pasar de 1,275 a 220 unidades.<\/p>\n<p>[quote]\u201cLa totalidad de las entidades federativas vieron declives importantes en el periodo de enero-febrero de 2019. Pr\u00e1cticamente ning\u00fan estado increment\u00f3 ventas de este segmento\u201d.[\/quote]<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la venta de vivienda <strong>popular<\/strong> alcanz\u00f3 las 21,130 unidades desplazadas, esto en contra de 31,694 viviendas vendidas entre enero y febrero de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso, s\u00f3lo Guerrero registr\u00f3 una variaci\u00f3n positiva de 2.79 por ciento.<\/p>\n<a
