desarrollo de las comunidades fronterizas de M\u00e9xico<\/em><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica para el Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe<\/strong>\u00a0(CEPAL) propuso la creaci\u00f3n de<strong> infraestructura fronteriza<\/strong> para prosperar\u00a0las relaciones comerciales con los pas\u00edses vecinos y\u00a0 mejorar la calidad de vida de las comunidades fronterizas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alicia B\u00e1rcena<\/strong>, directora de la Cepal, present\u00f3 el\u00a0<strong>Plan de Desarrollo Integral\u00a0El Salvador-Guatemala-Honduras-M\u00e9xico<\/strong> que buscar\u00e1 fomentar el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico, el binestar social, la sostenibilidad ambiental y\u00a0la gesti\u00f3n integral del ciclo migratorio en las cuatro naciones participantes.<\/p>\n<p>El documento propone una terminal de gas natural en el <strong>Puerto Cort\u00e9s<\/strong>, <strong>Honduras<\/strong>, que podr\u00eda entregar 300 mega watts\u00a0con una inversi\u00f3n de <strong>1,200 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> (mdd), seguido de\u00a0una interconexi\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica entre <strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong> y <strong>Guatemala<\/strong> con un costo de <strong>300 mdd<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s del mejoramiento de la infraestructura fronteriza con una carretera que conecte el eje tur\u00edstico &#8216;<strong>El Naranjo<\/strong>&#8216; y &#8216;<strong>Las<\/strong> <strong>Flores<\/strong>&#8216; de Guatemala con el municipio de <strong>Tenosique<\/strong> en\u00a0<strong>Tabasco<\/strong>, M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>El plan tambi\u00e9n contempla mejorar la conectividad ferroviar\u00eda entre los pa\u00edses con 710 kil\u00f3metros (km) desde\u00a0<strong>Ciudad Hidalgo<\/strong> en Chiapas hasta los puertos de <strong>El<\/strong> <strong>Salvador<\/strong>, finalmente se plantea la construcci\u00f3n de ungasoducto con <strong>600 km<\/strong> que integre el <strong>sur de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> con <strong>Centroam\u00e9rica<\/strong> y tranporte el excedente de <strong>Norteam\u00e9rica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La titular del Cepal inform\u00f3 que el Plan de Desarrollo Integral ser\u00e1 presentado al gobierno de <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong>, la <strong>Uni\u00f3n<\/strong> <strong>Europea<\/strong> y potencias como <strong>Jap\u00f3n<\/strong>, <strong>Alemania<\/strong> y <strong>Canad\u00e1<\/strong> como parte del compromiso que el presidente <strong>Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador<\/strong> firm\u00f3 en la transmisi\u00f3n de<strong> Poder Ejecutivo Federal\u00a0<\/strong> celebrado el<strong> 1\u00b0 de Diciembre<\/strong> del a\u00f1o
