As\u00ed, en el pa\u00eds, el precio medio de una vivienda con cr\u00e9dito hipotecario fue de 1 mill\u00f3n 71 mil 235 pesos, y el precio mediano, de 617 mil 755 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el \u00cdndice SHF de Precios de la Vivienda, el costo promedio de una vivienda nueva en el pa\u00eds aument\u00f3 8.9%, mientras que para las casas del mercado secundario creci\u00f3 9.2 por ciento. <\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, el reporte destaca que el precio de vivienda por metro cuadrado aument\u00f3 10.6% en el periodo. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl \u00cdndice para casas solas creci\u00f3 8.3%, el de casas en condominio y departamentos (considerados de manera conjunta) se apreci\u00f3 9.8%, durante el primer trimestre de 2019\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, por segmento, SHF se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el precio para la vivienda econ\u00f3mica-social creci\u00f3 7.7%, mientras que en el rubro medio y residencial el valor creci\u00f3 9.8 por ciento. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAl ordenar los precios de menor a mayor, el precio que acumula 25% es 438 mil pesos que corresponde a una vivienda de tipo econ\u00f3mico, el precio mediano fue 617 mil pesos lo cual significa que 50% de las operaciones en el mercado de la vivienda se realizaron por debajo de dicho precio, y la otra mitad por encima del mismo. Finalmente, 75% de los precios de las viviendas fueron menores o iguales a 1 mill\u00f3n 168 mil pesos en el \u00e1mbito nacional\u201d. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El precio
