El resultado, afirm\u00f3 la compa\u00f1\u00eda, mantiene la tendencia positiva observada el a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p>En\u00a0el reporte enviado a la <strong>Bolsa Mexicana de Valores<\/strong> (BMV), la empresa que dirige <strong>Jes\u00fas Sandoval<\/strong> asegur\u00f3 que el buen resultado obtenido por la firma va en l\u00ednea con el <strong>desempe\u00f1o<\/strong> del sector. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que en estos tres primeros meses de 2019, el sector \u201cha mostrado una s\u00f3lida demanda de vivienda y oferta de hipotecas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>[quote]\u201cEstamos confiados que el sector seguir\u00e1 sumando al crecimiento del pa\u00eds, y aunque eventualmente esperamos que la econom\u00eda modere su crecimiento en este 2019, seremos prudentes sin dejar de invertir y aprovechando las oportunidades del mercado\u201d, apunt\u00f3.[\/quote]<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el documento, en el arranque de a\u00f1o, la firma mantuvo la estrategia de mejorar los m\u00e1rgenes a trav\u00e9s de apostar por segmento de <strong>mayor valor<\/strong>. Esto, dijo, se suma a medidas para aumentar la eficiencia, entre ellas, 2ser prudentes en control de gastos y costos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Esta estrategia, detall\u00f3 Ruba, permiti\u00f3 a la firma resultados positivos como: el crecimientos de 18% sobre la utilidad bruta, 29% sobre la utilidad operativa y 27% sobre el Ebitda, con respecto al mismo lapso de
