{"id":89517,"date":"2019-04-30T17:44:14","date_gmt":"2019-04-30T22:44:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=89517"},"modified":"2019-04-30T17:44:14","modified_gmt":"2019-04-30T22:44:14","slug":"cemex-aumento-venta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/cemex-aumento-venta\/","title":{"rendered":"Utilidades de Cemex crecen 92% durante 1T2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Cemex present\u00f3 un aumento en ventas del 1% durante el primer trimestre\u00a0del a\u00f1os, esto a pesar de las reducciones de volumen<\/em><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La cementera mexicana <strong>Cemex<\/strong> inform\u00f3 que los n\u00fameros en\u00a0las\u00a0<strong>ventas del primer trimestre<\/strong> de 2019 <strong>aumentaron 1%<\/strong> en comparaci\u00f3n con los resultados obtenidos el a\u00f1o pasado, esto a pesar de las <strong>reducciones de volumen<\/strong> sufridas en\u00a0los mercados de\u00a0M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos considerados como sus mercados m\u00e1s importantes. La empresa tambi\u00e9n anunci\u00f3 la disminuci\u00f3n del flujo de operaci\u00f3n<strong> un 3%<\/strong> en el mismo periodo de tiempo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fernando Gonz\u00e1lez Olivieri<\/strong>, director general de Cemex,\u00a0se\u00f1al\u00f3 que durante el trimestre 2019 se registr\u00f3 un mejor rendimiento de precios en todas las regiones de la cementera con una din\u00e1mica favorable de vol\u00famenes en Europa, adem\u00e1s que en Estados Unidos los vol\u00famenes de concreto y agregados tambi\u00e9n aumentaron a pesar del clima adverso.<\/p>\n<p>Gonz\u00e1lez puntualiz\u00f3 que la generaci\u00f3n de flujo de operaci\u00f3n durante el trimestre se vio afectada por menores vol\u00famenes en otras regiones, mayores costos de energ\u00eda y cemento comprado, as\u00ed como costos m\u00e1s elevados de materias primas para concreto.<\/p>\n<p>La utilidad neta de la participaci\u00f3n controladora fue de <strong>39 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> (mdd) durante 2019, en contraste con <strong>20 mdd<\/strong> en el mismo periodo de 2018; la ventas netas <strong>disminuyeron 8%<\/strong> de forma comparable con el primer trimestre de 2019 a <strong>706 mdd<\/strong>, mientras que el flujo de operaci\u00f3n trimestral <strong>disminuy\u00f3 14%<\/strong> en t\u00e9rminos comparables a <strong>255 mdd\u00a0<\/strong>contra el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p>En <strong>Estados<\/strong> <strong>Unidos<\/strong> se report\u00f3 un <strong>aumento de 3%<\/strong> a comparaci\u00f3n de 2018, las ventas netas significaron <strong>878 mdd<\/strong> en el primer trimestre de 2019, mientras que el flujo de operaci\u00f3n <strong>disminuy\u00f3 1%<\/strong> a 130\u00a0mdd desde 131 mdd en el mismo trimestre de 2018;\u00a0en <strong>Centro<\/strong>, <strong>Sudam\u00e9rica<\/strong> y <strong>el Caribe<\/strong> se reportaron ventas netas de<strong> 427 mdd<\/strong> durante el primer trimestre de 2019, lo que represent\u00f3 una disminuci\u00f3n <strong>de 1%<\/strong>. Por\u00a0otro lado, el flujo de operaci\u00f3n se mantuvo estable en <strong>103 mdd<\/strong> en el primer trimestre de 2019, comparado al mismo trimestre de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Las ventas netas del primer trimestre de 2019\u00a0en <strong>Europa<\/strong> aumentaron <strong>12%<\/strong>, es decir,\u00a0<strong>805 mdd<\/strong> en comparaci\u00f3n con el primer trimestre de 2018 y el\u00a0flujo de operaci\u00f3n fue de 61 mdd para el trimestre, <strong>77% m\u00e1s<\/strong> que el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente en\u00a0<strong>Asia<\/strong>, <strong>Medio Oriente<\/strong> y <strong>\u00c1frica<\/strong> se report\u00f3 una <strong>disminuci\u00f3n del 6%<\/strong> en ventas netas para el primer trimestre de 2019, a <strong>347 mdd<\/strong>, comparado con el mismo trimestre de 2018; el flujo de operaci\u00f3n para el trimestre fue <strong>54 mdd, 18% menor<\/strong> con respecto al mismo periodo del a\u00f1o
