{"id":89211,"date":"2019-04-24T14:00:58","date_gmt":"2019-04-24T19:00:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=89211"},"modified":"2019-04-24T14:13:16","modified_gmt":"2019-04-24T19:13:16","slug":"mexico-subsistema-info-territorial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/urbanismo\/mexico-subsistema-info-territorial\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9xico contar\u00e1 con subsistema de informaci\u00f3n territorial y urbana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>A decir de los legisladores, esta medida ofrecer\u00e1 datos que permitir\u00e1n una mejor planeaci\u00f3n<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La C\u00e1mara de Diputados aprob\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n del <strong>Subsistema Nacional de Informaci\u00f3n de Ordenamiento Territorial y Urbano<\/strong>. Con esta decisi\u00f3n, a decir de la diputada<strong> Ana Lilia Herrera<\/strong>, promotora de la iniciativa, se contar\u00e1 con datos que permitan decir un mejor proceso de planeaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta aprobada, que contempla cambios y adiciones a la <strong>Ley del Sistema Nacional de Informaci\u00f3n Estad\u00edstica y Geogr\u00e1fica<\/strong>, establece que se deber\u00e1 generar\u00e1 \u00abinformaci\u00f3n del marco geoestad\u00edstico y georeferenciado de l\u00edmites territoriales estatales, municipales y metropolitanos, as\u00ed como referencias de localizaci\u00f3n de los asentamientos humanos, centros de poblaci\u00f3n y zonas urbanas\u00bb. Sumado a lo anterior precisa que se \u201cdeber\u00e1 crear indicadores en materia de uso de suelo, distribuci\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n urbana, rural o mixta, \u00edndices de suficiencia y acceso vial, nivel de urbanizaci\u00f3n, \u00edndices de dispersi\u00f3n, distribuci\u00f3n espacial de los asentamientos humanos, \u00edndices metropolitanos e \u00edndices de consolidaci\u00f3n urbano-regional\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con lo establecido, el Subsistema de Informaci\u00f3n contar\u00e1 con un<strong> Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo<\/strong> integrado por las secretar\u00edas de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (Sedatu), la de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural (Sader), la de Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT) y la de Bienestar, as\u00ed como por representantes del Consejo Nacional de Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano y de los consejos locales y municipales en la materia, adem\u00e1s se define que este subsistema de informaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 a cargo del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (<strong>Inegi<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>A decir de a diputada Ana Lilia Herrera, con este paso, \u201cM\u00e9xico contar\u00e1 con informaci\u00f3n que permitir\u00e1 la <strong>planeaci\u00f3n<\/strong> adecuada\u201d, adem\u00e1s de \u201cabonar en temas de transparencia\u201d.
