De este total, 85%, es decir, 35,896 cr\u00e9ditos, tuvieron un periodo de vida de 15 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>En tal sentido, el Fondo inform\u00f3 que del total de financiamientos liquidados el a\u00f1o pasado, 3,925 tuvieron una vida de cinco a\u00f1os, mientras que 14,418 se terminaron de pagar en un periodo de entre cinco y 10 a\u00f1os; adem\u00e1s, destac\u00f3 que 17,553 financiamientos fueron pagados entre 10 y 15 a\u00f1os posteriores a su ejercicio por parte de los acreditados.<\/p>\n<p>El Fondo a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que s\u00f3lo 578 cr\u00e9ditos, equivalentes a 1.4% del total, fueron pagados en m\u00e1s de 25 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>[quote]\u201cLas bajas tasas de inter\u00e9s y los adecuados esquemas de descuento benefician a los trabajadores que tienen cr\u00e9ditos de
