Este resultado, explic\u00f3 la firma, se vio impulsado por un incremento tanto en el n\u00famero de unidades escrituradas como en el precio promedio de la vivienda. <\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el Reporte Trimestral enviado a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV), la empresa obtuvo 776 millones de pesos en ingresos, es decir, 129 millones de pesos m\u00e1s a lo observado entre enero y marzo de 2018. <\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, en relaci\u00f3n a la vivienda escrituradas, la forma detall\u00f3 que la cifra lleg\u00f3 a 924 unidades, lo que representa un aumento de 18% en comparaci\u00f3n con el resultado observado en el mismo mes, pero de 2018. Destac\u00f3 que el precio promedio creci\u00f3 4.4%, al ubicarse en 805,000 pesos. <\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la empresa que dirige Sergio Les report\u00f3 un incremento en el rubro de Ebitda.
