a\u00f1o\u00a0<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gaya.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">GAYA<\/a>, la firma mexicana especializada en el segmento de Gerencia de Construcci\u00f3n y desarrollo de interiores en edificios, conf\u00eda en que el panorama para el sector en 2019 ser\u00e1 favorable para su crecimiento, a pesar del ambiente de incertidumbre econ\u00f3mica que ha generado el nuevo gobierno.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, la firma que cumple 33 a\u00f1os en el mercado consolid\u00f3 en 2018 un crecimiento combinado de <strong>11%<\/strong> y para este a\u00f1o\u00a0la empresa espera alcanzar un incremento de<strong> 10% a 15%<\/strong> en facturaci\u00f3n en general, para sus unidades de negocio en <strong>edificaci\u00f3n e interiores en M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSi bien el sector de bienes ra\u00edces en M\u00e9xico se mantiene cauteloso ante las medidas econ\u00f3micas del nuevo gobierno, en GAYA nos sentimos confiados de que se seguir\u00e1n abriendo nuevas oportunidades, sobre todo en interiores corporativos\u201d, afirm\u00f3 <strong>Alberto Laris<\/strong>, socio fundador y director de Desarrollo Estrat\u00e9gico y Relaciones P\u00fablicas de la firma.<\/p>\n<p>El directivo detall\u00f3 que\u00a0dada la tasa de vacancia de cerca del 15% en <strong>oficinas<\/strong> en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, las empresas que anteriormente s\u00f3lo pod\u00edan pagar por espacios en edificios clase B, ahora pueden tener acceso a espacios premium y de mejor calidad gracias a nuevos esquemas de financiamiento.<\/p>\n<p>En 2018 la compa\u00f1\u00eda registr\u00f3 70% de sus ventas en el ramo de interiores corporativos,\u00a0coordinando la construcci\u00f3n de <strong>43 proyectos<\/strong> y alcanzando con ello 17% del mercado en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEl 30% restante, se obtuvo en los sectores de Usos Mixtos, Hotelero y Residencial, en ciudades como <strong>Puebla, Quer\u00e9taro, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y San Miguel de Allende<\/strong>\u00ab, agregan.<\/p>\n<p>Para 2019 GAYA seguir\u00e1 con la\u00a0construcci\u00f3n de proyectos como Sadro, en Puebla; Barrio Santiago, en Quer\u00e9taro; La Diferencia, en San Miguel de Allende, y Espacio Condesa, en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s dar\u00e1 inicio a la edificaci\u00f3n de otras obras en sitios de playa y fortalecer\u00e1 su participaci\u00f3n en la construcci\u00f3n de Centros de Misi\u00f3n Cr\u00edtica o <strong>Data Centers<\/strong>, con la coordinaci\u00f3n de obras en las
