2015<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Grupo Gicsa<\/strong>, desarrolladora inmobiliaria especializada en activos comerciales, corporativos y naves industriales, inform\u00f3 el logro de la firma para obtener el monto de <strong>2,500 millones de pesos<\/strong> en una oferta p\u00fablica primaria de un instrumento de deuda con vencimiento hasta el mes de marzo de 2022.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n enviada a la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmv.com.mx\/docs-pub\/ofertdeu\/ofertdeu_908635_1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Bolsa Mexicana de Valores<\/strong><\/a> (BMV) la emisi\u00f3n de 25 millones de Certificados Burs\u00e1tiles servir\u00e1 para liquidar en su totalidad la emisi\u00f3n de certificados con clave de pizarra<strong> GICSA 15-2<\/strong> emitidos el 10 de diciembre de 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que la tasa de inter\u00e9s aplicada para el primer pago que se realizar\u00e1 el 25 de abril es de 11.56%, adem\u00e1s de que el bono cuenta con una calificaci\u00f3n crediticia HR AA- con perspectiva estable a nivel nacional otorgada por <strong>HR Ratings<\/strong> de M\u00e9xico, y AA-\/M por la calificadora de valores <strong>Verum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, esta ma\u00f1ana la calificadora <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmv.com.mx\/docs-pub\/eventoca\/eventoca_909533_2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HR Ratings<\/a> inform\u00f3 que se retir\u00f3\u00a0la calificaci\u00f3n para la emisi\u00f3n Gicsa 15-2 debido a su amortizaci\u00f3n total en su fecha de vencimiento legal.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEl retiro de las calificaciones para la emisi\u00f3n de Certificados Burs\u00e1tiles (<strong>CEBURS<\/strong>) con clave de Pizarra GICSA 15-2 de Grupo GICSA (GICSA) se debe a la amortizaci\u00f3n total del principal e intereses por un monto de 2,500 millones mdp tras alcanzar su fecha de vencimiento legal el 28 de marzo de 2019&#8243;, destaca en un documento.<\/p>\n<p>La firma destac\u00f3 que la liquidaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de la emisi\u00f3n GICSA 19 a los tres a\u00f1os con \u00a0una tasa de inter\u00e9s de TIIE 28, m\u00e1s una sobretasa de 305
