{"id":87706,"date":"2019-03-15T18:07:16","date_gmt":"2019-03-16T00:07:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=87706"},"modified":"2019-03-15T18:07:41","modified_gmt":"2019-03-16T00:07:41","slug":"gcdmx-invierte-106-mdp-para-entregar-1000-creditos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/gcdmx-invierte-106-mdp-para-entregar-1000-creditos\/","title":{"rendered":"GCDMX invierte 106 mdp para entregar 1,000 cr\u00e9ditos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El Programa Mejoramiento de Vivienda planea apoyar, durante 2019, a m\u00e1s de 13,000 viviendas de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico con un presupuesto de 1,070 mdp<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Con una inversi\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>106 millones de pesos<\/strong>\u00a0(mdp), el Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico\u00a0realiz\u00f3 la segunda entrega de cr\u00e9dito por parte del <strong>Programa Mejoramiento de Vivienda<\/strong>. En total otorg\u00f3\u00a0<strong>1,000 cr\u00e9ditos<\/strong> a 3,400 integrantes de familia, esto con\u00a0el objetivo de\u00a0brindarles una vivienda digna.<\/p>\n<p>De los financiamientos entregados,\u00a0cuatro\u00a0ser\u00e1n destinados a viviendas catalogadas con <strong>c\u00e1racter patrimonial<\/strong>, 35 para\u00a0<strong>obras exteriores<\/strong>, 54 para <strong>acabados b\u00e1sicos<\/strong> econ\u00f3micos, 100 cr\u00e9ditos para <strong>mantenimiento general<\/strong>, 202 para <strong>vivienda nueva terminada<\/strong>, 225 para acciones relacionadas con la <strong>sustentabilidad<\/strong> y 380 para el <strong>mejoramiento de vivienda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto,\u00a0<strong>Claudia Sheinbaum<\/strong>, jefa de gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico,\u00a0destac\u00f3 que durante la primera entrega del programa se cont\u00f3 con una inversi\u00f3n de casi\u00a0<strong>85 mdp <\/strong>para otorgar<strong> 566 cr\u00e9ditos<\/strong>. Dijo que<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>el objetivo\u00a0para este a\u00f1o\u00a0ser\u00e1 apoyar a\u00a0<strong>13,500 viviendas <\/strong>con un presupuesto\u00a0de<strong> 1,070 mdp<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s,\u00a0se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los n\u00fameros\u00a0podr\u00edan aumentar debido a la prioridad del gobierno por\u00a0atender a los afectados del sismo del\u00a0<strong>19 de septiembre <\/strong>de 2017.<\/p>\n<p>La mandataria capitalina enfatiz\u00f3 que se busca rescatar programas implementados por el presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, y resalt\u00f3 que\u00a0apoyar\u00e1 su lucha contra\u00a0 la corrupci\u00f3n que presenta el Instituto de Vivienda (Invi).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Programa Mejoramiento de Vivienda
