El conjunto a desarrollar contar\u00e1 con 780 unidades de vivienda media, en donde la compa\u00f1\u00eda est\u00e1 a cargo de la construcci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n de las casas.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el anuncio enviado a la <strong>Bolsa Mexicana de Valores<\/strong> (BMV), el proyecto comenzar\u00e1 en este mes de marzo. La firma detall\u00f3 que los gastos del desarrollo ser\u00e1n cubiertos con el flujo del proyecto, por lo que Homex <strong>no utilizar\u00e1<\/strong> recursos propios.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste es el segundo proyecto bajo el modelo \u2018llave en mano\u2019 que la Compa\u00f1\u00eda firma con un tercero, lo cual para Homex es un reflejo de la confianza hacia la Compa\u00f1\u00eda y su equipo para la ejecuci\u00f3n de este tipo de proyectos, donde obtenemos una utilidad sin requerimiento de capital ni financiamiento, que comprende la construcci\u00f3n de 780 viviendas del segmento medio\u201d, expuso <strong>Jos\u00e9 Alberto Ba\u00f1os<\/strong>, director general de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>El precio promedio de venta de las unidades se estima en 1.2 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe recordar que en <strong>2018<\/strong> la empresa logr\u00f3 resultados importantes en su camino a la recuperaci\u00f3n, luego de afrontar la crisis de 2013.
