{"id":87190,"date":"2019-03-02T12:00:07","date_gmt":"2019-03-02T18:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=87190"},"modified":"2019-03-02T19:20:00","modified_gmt":"2019-03-03T01:20:00","slug":"entrego-infonavit-primeros-descuentos-derechohabientes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/entrego-infonavit-primeros-descuentos-derechohabientes\/","title":{"rendered":"Entreg\u00f3 Infonavit primeros descuentos a derechohabientes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El organismo comenz\u00f3 con la reestructura de financiamientos para ayudar a trabajadores a liquidar su deuda con el Instituto<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores<\/strong> (Infonavit) inici\u00f3 con la ejecuci\u00f3n del <strong>Programa de Responsabilidad Compartida<\/strong> y con ello entreg\u00f3 los primeros descuentos a derechohabientes con cr\u00e9dito vigente.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdos con lo difundido por <strong>Carlos Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, director general del Infonavit, la primera reestructura se dio en el estado de Sinaloa. En total, el descuento otorgado al trabajador fue de 69% en relaci\u00f3n al saldo vigente del cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<p>El organismo inform\u00f3 que en esta primer reestructura, el saldo actual del financiamiento se coloc\u00f3 en 635,324 pesos, por lo que el organismo aplic\u00f3 un descuento del orden de los 439,496 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, por haber accedi\u00f3 al programa, el trabajador quedar\u00e1 con una deuda de 131,827 pesos y una mensualidad fija de 1,467 pesos por el resto de la vida del cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe recordar que con el Programa de Responsabilidad Compartida lanzado el pasado 6 de febrero, el Infonavit busca beneficiar a trabajadores que han visto crecer su deuda en lugar de Disminuir, esto a trav\u00e9s de una reestructuraci\u00f3n del cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<p>Entre otras cosas, el esquema lanzado contempla migrar los financiamientos en <strong>Veces Salarios M\u00ednimos<\/strong> a <strong>Pesos<\/strong> y otorgar descuentos a los trabajadores para ayudarlos a liquidar el financiamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Para acceder al esquema, los trabajadores debieron cumplir con algunos requisitos, entre ellos, tener m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os y registrar 24 meses sin retrasos en el pago del cr\u00e9dito; adem\u00e1s de que el cr\u00e9dito tenga m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os de vida y el saldo del financiamiento haya crecido 1.5
