{"id":86970,"date":"2019-02-27T12:16:51","date_gmt":"2019-02-27T18:16:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=86970"},"modified":"2019-02-27T13:59:37","modified_gmt":"2019-02-27T19:59:37","slug":"impulsan-ingresos-ruba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/impulsan-ingresos-ruba\/","title":{"rendered":"Vivienda media y residencial impulsan ingresos de Ruba"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La firma obtuvo un crecimiento en indicadores como Ebitda y utilidad neta<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La desarrolladora de vivienda <strong>Ruba<\/strong> report\u00f3 un crecimiento en ingresos de 22%, en donde la vivienda media y residencial se ubic\u00f3 como la palanca que deton\u00f3 el crecimiento de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el reporte trimestral enviado a la <strong>Bolsa Mexicana de Valores<\/strong> (BMV), en 2018 la empresa escritur\u00f3 10,315 unidades, de las cuales 45% corresponden a vivienda media y residencial. La venta de unidades de ambos segmentos represent\u00f3 para la firma 75% de los ingresos obtenidos en el a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p>[quote]\u201cDurante 2018 Ruba logr\u00f3 escriturar 10,315 viviendas, en donde el 53% fueron de inter\u00e9s social y representaron el 25% de los ingresos, mientras que la vivienda media y residencial con el 47% de las unidades gener\u00f3 el 75% de los ingresos\u201d, explic\u00f3 la empresa.[\/quote]<\/p>\n<p>Entre otros resultados, Ruba report\u00f3 un aumento de 39% en <strong>Ebitda<\/strong> y 19% en <strong>utilidad neta<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s obtuvo una mejora de 4 puntos porcentuales en relaci\u00f3n al nivel de capitalizaci\u00f3n, al pasar de 56 a 60 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRuba finaliz\u00f3 2018 con una posici\u00f3n financiera s\u00f3lida y mejor capitalizada. Al cierre de 2018, el 60% de sus activos totales estaba financiado con capital propio y el restante 40% con deuda\u201d, expuso.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Te
