millones 746,000 m\u00b2<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pese a que 2019 no pueda ser el mejor a\u00f1o del mercado inmobiliario de oficinas en la capital, de acuerdo con especialistas de Newmark Knight Frank M\u00e9xico, no se puede decir que est\u00e9 deprimido, ni sobre ofertado, por el contrario, es un mercado activo y estable con 1.2 millones de m\u00b2 en construcci\u00f3n y un inventario total de 6 millones 746,000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con un an\u00e1lisis de la compa\u00f1\u00eda,\u00a0por primera vez en la historia del mercado se est\u00e1 presentando el aumento en el inventario en la venta de edificios de oficinas tanto completos como por pisos, ya que anteriormente se arrendaban y se consideraban como un producto patrimonial.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo podr\u00eda se\u00f1alar que sea por efecto del nuevo gobierno en M\u00e9xico, pero s\u00ed hay una coincidencia en el aumento de espacios en venta de clase A y B, situaci\u00f3n que no se hab\u00eda registrado en la historia del mercado inmobiliario de oficinas en nuestro pa\u00eds (&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>Antes ten\u00edamos cifras promedio de espacios en venta aproximadamente del 3% del mercado, hoy representa alrededor del 10% de disponibilidad, aunque este tipo de oferta no es muy evidente, algunos propietarios est\u00e1n receptivos a escuchar ofertas en compra por sus espacios\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Iv\u00e1n Solano, director para el sector de oficinas de NKF M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el directivo de la firma inmobiliaria, en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico se registr\u00f3 una absorci\u00f3n neta anual de 160,590
