{"id":86705,"date":"2019-02-21T15:37:23","date_gmt":"2019-02-21T21:37:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=86705"},"modified":"2019-02-21T15:44:08","modified_gmt":"2019-02-21T21:44:08","slug":"vivienda-social-ara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/vivienda-social-ara\/","title":{"rendered":"Segmento social impuls\u00f3 ventas de ARA en 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Los ingresos por la venta de vivienda para el segmento de menores ingresos crecieron 26% en el a\u00f1o <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La desarrolladora <strong>Consorcio ARA<\/strong> logr\u00f3 en 2018 un incremento de 0.4% en el n\u00famero de unidades vendidas. As\u00ed, entre enero y diciembre del a\u00f1o que concluy\u00f3, la empresa que dirige <strong>Germ\u00e1n Ahumada Russek<\/strong> coloc\u00f3 11,403 unidades, en donde el <strong>segmento social<\/strong> se coloc\u00f3 como el de mayores ventas y crecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el reporte trimestral enviado a la <strong>Bolsa Mexicana de Valores<\/strong> (BMV), el n\u00famero de unidades vendidas del segmento social creci\u00f3 20.2 por ciento, con lo que se coloc\u00f3 en 8,097 unidades desplazadas en el periodo. Con esto, el segmento social concentr\u00f3 71% de las ventas de la firma registradas en el a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>[quote]\u201cLos ingresos del segmento de Inter\u00e9s Social en el periodo de Ene-Dic 18 tuvieron un crecimiento de doble d\u00edgito del 28.6% en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior. Dicho crecimiento se debi\u00f3 principalmente a ingresos de nuevos desarrollos\u201d.[\/quote]<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de los segmentos <strong>medio<\/strong> y <strong>residencial<\/strong>, en ambo se registr\u00f3 un <strong>descenso<\/strong> en el n\u00famero de unidades vendidas. Para el caso de la vivienda media, la baja se ubic\u00f3 en 26%, con un total de 2,242 unidades desplazadas; para la vivienda residencial la ca\u00edda se ubic\u00f3 en 33%, lo que represent\u00f3 la venta de 1,064 viviendas.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, Consorcio ARA obtuvo <strong>ingresos totales<\/strong> en el a\u00f1o por 8,207 millones de pesos, es decir, una <strong>disminuci\u00f3n<\/strong> de 0.5% en comparaci\u00f3n con lo observado en 2017. De este total, 7,769 millones de pesos fueron de la venta de vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n al rubro, los ingresos por la venta de <strong>vivienda social<\/strong> crecieron 28.6%, al pasar de 6,735 millones de pesos en 2017, a 8,097 millones de pesos en 2018.<\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n a la venta de vivienda media se registraron ingresos por 2,069 millones de pesos, es decir una baja de 13.2 por ciento.
