{"id":86684,"date":"2019-02-21T13:30:54","date_gmt":"2019-02-21T19:30:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=86684"},"modified":"2019-02-21T16:05:30","modified_gmt":"2019-02-21T22:05:30","slug":"fovissste-lista-resultados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/fovissste-lista-resultados\/","title":{"rendered":"Trabajadores Fovissste contar\u00e1n con mayor monto para cr\u00e9dito"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El organismo buscar\u00e1 otorgar 34,150 cr\u00e9ditos tradicionales en 2019<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El<strong> Fondo de la Vivienda de la Issste<\/strong> (Fovissste) dio a conocer los resultados del <strong>Procedimiento de Otorgamiento de Cr\u00e9dito 2019<\/strong>. Junto a la entrega de la lista de prelaci\u00f3n para el acceso al financiamiento, el organismo liber\u00f3 <strong>los primeros 15,000 cr\u00e9ditos<\/strong> para atender a los trabajadores que hayan recibido la mayor cantidad de puntaje en el proceso.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con <strong>Agust\u00edn Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, vocal ejecutivo del Fondo, para el ejercicio 2019, los trabajadores afiliados al organismo contar\u00e1n con un <strong>monto m\u00e1s robusto<\/strong> para la compra de vivienda. El funcionario indic\u00f3 que para 2019 el monto promedio de cr\u00e9dito creci\u00f3 4.8% con lo que se coloc\u00f3 en 1 mill\u00f3n 100,000 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco de la ceremonia realizada para dar a conocer los resultados, Rodr\u00edguez L\u00f3pes se\u00f1al\u00f3 que para este procedimiento se consideraron <strong>criterios especiales<\/strong> para beneficiar a diversos grupos de trabajadores. Seg\u00fan lo expuesto por el Vocal, se entregaron puntos adicionales a maestros, enfermeras, m\u00e9dicos y polic\u00edas, as\u00ed como a los funcionarios que se encuentran en proceso de cambio de domicilio por la descentralizaci\u00f3n de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica federal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPara este a\u00f1o se estima otorgar hasta 52,100 cr\u00e9ditos a la vivienda por un importe de 35,150 millones de pesos en beneficio de sus derechohabientes\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>De igual forma, Rodr\u00edguez se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se<strong> redujo el puntaje m\u00ednimo<\/strong> para acceder a un cr\u00e9dito. As\u00ed, el organismo pas\u00f3 de 100 a 80 puntos como requerimiento para que los trabajadores puedan acceder a un financiamiento.<\/p>\n<p>El Vocal Ejecutivo del Fovissste record\u00f3 que, bajo el esquema tradicional, se buscar\u00e1 <strong>otorgar 34,150 cr\u00e9ditos<\/strong>, lo que representa una derrama del orden de los 23,871 millones de pesos. Explic\u00f3 que el resto de los cr\u00e9ditos se ir\u00e1n liberando de manera progresiva, de acuerdo a la capacidad financiera del Fondo.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLos trabajadores contar\u00e1n con 110 d\u00edas para escriturar su nueva vivienda, significa pr\u00e1cticamente el doble de tiempo, respecto del proceso anterior, lo cual permite elegir mejor y con mayor tiempo la calidad de
