{"id":85667,"date":"2019-02-05T15:15:48","date_gmt":"2019-02-05T21:15:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=85667"},"modified":"2019-02-06T13:13:13","modified_gmt":"2019-02-06T19:13:13","slug":"ampliar-financiamiento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/publicaciones\/ampliar-financiamiento\/","title":{"rendered":"Ampliar esquemas de financiamiento, prioridad en el sexenio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Ante la necesidad de llegar a m\u00e1s mexicanos, la banca ha puesto en el radar la importancia de desarrollar productos crediticios que se adapten a las etapas de vida de las personas<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Uno de los grandes retos que se vislumbran en el sexenio que comienza es <strong>ampliar<\/strong> los modelos de <strong>financiamiento<\/strong> que permitan a las familias acceder a una soluci\u00f3n habitacional. De manera particular, la principal tarea se centrar\u00e1 en desarrollar la oferta de productos crediticios que se adapte a las necesidades de las personas, entienda sus diversas etapas de vida, y con ello ampliar el margen de penetraci\u00f3n del financiamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Y esta labor se vuelve fundamental en el marco de las metas planteadas para los a\u00f1os venideros. Concretamente, desarrollar un abanico m\u00e1s amplio en temas de portafolio crediticio se torna relevante dentro de las acciones que busca alcanzar el objetivo establecido con el llamado \u00b4<strong>Proyecto 20\/25<\/strong>\u2019, con el que la industria quiere duplicar la participaci\u00f3n de la <strong>cartera hipotecaria<\/strong> en relaci\u00f3n al Producto Interno Bruto (PIB) nacional.<\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n, la banca comercial se ha posicionado como uno de los actores principales que han impulsado la meta de consolidar una cartera m\u00e1s robusta. En ese sentido, en el marco del Proyecto 20\/25, la banca ha desarrollado un diagnostico que incluye las oportunidades a seguir en el rubro de cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis, desarrollado por Deloitte, muestra un mapa que identifica las <strong>etapas de vida<\/strong> de las personas, sus caracter\u00edsticas y el tipo de producto crediticio que ser\u00eda apto para atender sus necesidades. En \u00e9ste, tambi\u00e9n se incluye una radiograf\u00eda sobre los productos que ya existen, los que a\u00fan falta que se impulsen en mayor medida, y los inexistentes, pero con oportunidad de \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<p>En tal sentido, para la poblaci\u00f3n de entre 20 y 30 a\u00f1os, el estudio detecta como oportunidad, <strong>robustecer<\/strong> los esquemas de renta con opci\u00f3n a compra, as\u00ed como detonar mecanismos de.
