Sin embargo, es necesario quitar algunas barreras para impulsarlo y se consolide como una opci\u00f3n seria <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Debido a la necesidad de crear esquemas para atender el reto en materia de rezago habitacional, la <strong>vivienda en renta<\/strong> se posiciona en el mapa del sector como uno de los modelos viables a desarrollar para brindar a la poblaci\u00f3n mexicana la opci\u00f3n de acceder a una casa. Incluso, a decir de <strong>Francisco Andragnes<\/strong>, presidente de la <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n de Vivienda en Renta<\/strong> (Aver), este segmento podr\u00eda posicionarse como una opci\u00f3n para brindar vivienda a segmentos de bajos ingresos.<\/p>\n<p>Y es que de acuerdo con el empresario, hacia futuro, la vivienda en renta se ubica como un nicho con <strong>gran potencial<\/strong>, lo que permitir\u00e1 caminar hacia un mercado maduro y con ello una tendencia a diversificar la oferta por segmento. En este sentido, asegur\u00f3 que uno de los principales cambios que se ver\u00e1n en la industria en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os ser\u00e1 que la vivienda en renta apunte al segmento de<strong> bajos ingresos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En entrevista con Revista Vivienda, Andragnes destac\u00f3 que, para caminar hacia un mercado de vivienda en renta m\u00e1s <strong>robusto<\/strong>, y que permita ofrecer productos dirigidos a deciles de ingresos bajos, ser\u00e1 necesaria la colaboraci\u00f3n con las autoridades. En este sentido, indic\u00f3 que un punto importante por impulsar, no s\u00f3lo para incentivar el desarrollo de vivienda en renta para bajos salarios, sino el mercado en general, ser\u00e1 la eficiencia en el tema de <strong>tr\u00e1mites<\/strong> y <strong>permisos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHoy en d\u00eda, uno de los principales obst\u00e1culos que enfrentamos los desarrolladores de vivienda en renta son los permisos.
