{"id":85303,"date":"2019-01-29T09:30:46","date_gmt":"2019-01-29T15:30:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=85303"},"modified":"2019-01-29T13:19:38","modified_gmt":"2019-01-29T19:19:38","slug":"disminuyo-valor-vivienda-vm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/disminuyo-valor-vivienda-vm\/","title":{"rendered":"Baj\u00f3 0.7% el valor promedio de venta de vivienda en VM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Las alcald\u00edas de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, Coyoac\u00e1n, Tlalpan y Magdalena Contreras se colocaron como las m\u00e1s caras por m2 para la CDMX <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En el 4T2018, el valor promedio de venta de vivienda en el Valle de M\u00e9xico registr\u00f3 una disminuci\u00f3n de 0.7%, esto en comparaci\u00f3n con el 3T2018. El resultado es el primero a la baja observado por lo menos desde 2017.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el informe que emite Tinsa, el precio por metro cuadrado (m2) se mantuvo en los mismos niveles, con un incremento de 0.1% en comparaci\u00f3n con el trimestre anterior inmediato.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Con respecto al 3T2018 se observa un decremento general del -0.7% en los valores promedio de venta y un aumento de 0.1% en el valor por m2, mientras el tama\u00f1o promedio de las unidades quedo en una superficie promedio de 87.5 m2 al cierre del 4T2018.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>No obstante, seg\u00fan la firma, en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo, pero del a\u00f1o anterior, el precio promedio por m2 se ubic\u00f3 9.3% por arriba.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, para el 4T2018, Tinsa ubica los valores m\u00e1s altos de vivienda por m2 en las zonas poniente y sur.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, para la zona poniente, integrada por \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n, Cuajimalpa y Miguel Hidalgo; as\u00ed como los municipios de Atizap\u00e1n, Huixquilucan, Naucalpan y Jilotzingo, el valor por m2 alcanz\u00f3 los 61,293 pesos.
