{"id":85015,"date":"2019-01-21T19:11:32","date_gmt":"2019-01-22T01:11:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=85015"},"modified":"2019-01-21T19:46:13","modified_gmt":"2019-01-22T01:46:13","slug":"habra-continuidad-shf-asegura-jorge-mendoza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/habra-continuidad-shf-asegura-jorge-mendoza\/","title":{"rendered":"Habr\u00e1 continuidad en SHF, asegura Jorge Mendoza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El Director General manifest\u00f3 que el banco mantendr\u00e1 el apoyo a programas como la vivienda en renta y sustentabilidad<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La nueva administraci\u00f3n de Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (<strong>SHF<\/strong>) dar\u00e1 continuidad al trabajo del banco de segundo piso, por lo que mantendr\u00e1 el apoyo a los desarrolladores para la construcci\u00f3n de <strong>vivienda<\/strong>, y continuar\u00e1 como un referente en el impulso de la sustentabilidad y la vivienda en renta.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo se\u00f1al\u00f3 <strong>Jorge Mendoza<\/strong>, director general del banco, quien destac\u00f3 que los objetivo de SHF se mantienen, entre ellos, continuar como jugador clave en el sector vivienda mexicano.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLos objetivos siguen siendo los mismo, no estamos cambiando, vamos a seguir apoyando al sector (\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTenemos que consolidar la oferta de vivienda digna mediante m\u00e1s cr\u00e9dito y garant\u00edas a la construcci\u00f3n\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>En entrevista, el director del banco asegur\u00f3 que uno de los puntos a desarrollar desde SHF es la atenci\u00f3n e impulso a la vivienda social; adem\u00e1s, dijo, se buscar\u00e1 robustecer la coordinaci\u00f3n entre los jugadores de la industria para detonar el crecimiento del sector.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRecib\u00ed un banco muy importante para el sector vivienda. Hay muchas \u00e1reas de oportunidad, pero vamos a continuar con muchos de los programas, de los cr\u00e9ditos a desarrolladores, garant\u00edas y seguros.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHay mucho por hacer para seguir apoyando al sector vivienda y vamos a seguir trabajando, esto no se detiene. La idea es que SHF siga siendo l\u00edder en la banca de desarrollo y del sector vivienda\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Jorge Mendoza reconoci\u00f3 que SHF se ha convertido en uno de los jugadores m\u00e1s importantes en cuanto al impulso de vivienda sustentable y alquiler. En este sentido, asegur\u00f3 que no habr\u00e1 cambios, y se mantendr\u00e1n los esquemas para atender a estos segmentos.<br \/>\nAunado a lo anterior, el Director General se\u00f1al\u00f3 que SHF tiene fortaleza, factor que permitir\u00e1 al banco impulsar al sector y hacer frente ante escenarios como la reducci\u00f3n de subsidio para adquisici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEncontramos un banco con cierta <strong>fortaleza<\/strong> que nos va a ayudar a implementar programas (\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl subsidio se ha disminuido, sin embargo, la SHF tiene programas para apoyar a los desarrolladores que depend\u00edan de este subsidio: les vamos a ofrecer l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito, garant\u00edas, pero tambi\u00e9n reestructurar cr\u00e9ditos. Tenemos un monto para este programa, lo tendencial y 10,000 mdp de pesos m\u00e1s para todos los desarrolladores que depend\u00edan de este subsidio\u201d,
