{"id":84708,"date":"2019-01-15T14:51:09","date_gmt":"2019-01-15T20:51:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=84708"},"modified":"2019-01-16T11:39:17","modified_gmt":"2019-01-16T17:39:17","slug":"estos-son-las-cuatro-torres-que-cambiaran-el-skyline-de-la-cdmx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/estos-son-las-cuatro-torres-que-cambiaran-el-skyline-de-la-cdmx\/","title":{"rendered":"Estas son las cuatro torres que cambiar\u00e1n el skyline de la CDMX"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Al 3T de 2018 el mercado corporativo premium\u00a0registr\u00f3 una ocupaci\u00f3n 5.4 millones de m\u00b2<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La Ciudad de M\u00e9xico se ha consolidado como el mercado del sector inmobiliario corporativo premium m\u00e1s grande del pa\u00eds, que al tercer trimestre de 2018 registr\u00f3 una ocupaci\u00f3n 5.4 millones de m\u00b2, lo que signific\u00f3 un alza de 10.2% respecto al mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior, seg\u00fan datos de CBRE M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, pese a que existe una gran oferta, la construcci\u00f3n de este tipo de complejos no se detiene, pues hasta septiembre del a\u00f1o pasado se encontraban en desarrollo 1,786,821 m\u00b2 de estos espacios.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con Jacobo Guttman, director general de la firma de dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de interiores para oficinas, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cuanticarquitectura.com\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cu\u00e1ntica Arquitectura<\/a>, los edificios clase A o A+ son los m\u00e1s deseados del mercado debido a su excelente localizaci\u00f3n y a que, en su mayor\u00eda, son nuevas construcciones.<\/p>\n<p>En la capital del pa\u00eds son 11 las principales zonas donde se ubican este tipo de oficinas; Santa Fe, Polanco e Insurgentes son las que cuentan con el mayor inventario, mientras que Perinorte, Interlomas y Lomas Altas son las que registran una mayor tasa de disponibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Ante este panorama, existen cuatro edificios premium que cambiar\u00e1n el rostro de la ciudad con novedosos e imponentes rascacielos que traer\u00e1n a la capital\u00a0nueva oferta de oficinas y usos mixtos.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.richardmeier.com\/?projects=reforma-towers-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Reforma Cuarzo\u00a0<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cuarzo.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-84712 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cuarzo-300x212.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"224\" height=\"158\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cuarzo-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cuarzo-768x543.jpg 768w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cuarzo.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 224px) 100vw, 224px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ubicado en Paseo de la Reforma 26, Colonia Ju\u00e1rez, el desarollo de 51,895.05 m\u00b2 de Fibra Uno dise\u00f1ado por el\u00a0despacho <a href=\"http:\/\/www.richardmeier.com\/?projects=reforma-towers-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Richard Meier &amp; Partners<\/a>, tiene un total de 47,000 metros cuadrados de superficie de oficinas tipo A+, locales comerciales, un hotel, restaurantes y un gimnasio.
