{"id":84613,"date":"2019-01-14T12:03:33","date_gmt":"2019-01-14T18:03:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=84613"},"modified":"2019-01-14T12:04:43","modified_gmt":"2019-01-14T18:04:43","slug":"gicsa-estima-crecimiento-estable-para-centros-comerciales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/gicsa-estima-crecimiento-estable-para-centros-comerciales\/","title":{"rendered":"Gicsa estima crecimiento estable para centros comerciales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>En el primer semestre del a\u00f1o la firma planea entregar Explanada Pachuca y Zentro Lomas<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La innovaci\u00f3n\u00a0en el\u00a0concepto de los <strong>Malltertainment<\/strong> se ha convertido en la f\u00f3rmula del \u00e9xito de Grupo Gicsa, el desarrollador inmobiliario especializado en la construcci\u00f3n de centros comerciales que trascienden por buscar cada d\u00eda la forma de transformar la experiencia de sus usuarios.<\/p>\n<p>Luis Botello, director de relaci\u00f3n con inversionistas de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gicsa.com.mx\/inicio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Gicsa <\/a>dijo a <strong>Centro Urbano<\/strong> que este a\u00f1o la firma se siente muy tranquila de seguir con su plan de aperturas, por lo que para el primer semestre de 2019 se estar\u00edan entregando el centro comercial <strong>Explanada Pachuca<\/strong> y el desarrollo de oficinas<strong> Zentro Lomas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abCerramos un a\u00f1o con el que nos sentimos satisfechos por las aperturas que tuvimos de manera satisfactoria, aunado al tema de Malltertainment que estamos empujando.<\/p>\n<p>Nos sentimos tranquilos de que <strong>2019<\/strong> ser\u00e1 un buen a\u00f1o con los proyectos que tenemos y ejecutar de manera adecuada el plan que traemos, entonces nos sentimos tranquilos y optimistas como compa\u00f1\u00eda\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El directivo record\u00f3 que en 2018 la empresa entreg\u00f3 cinco propiedades: <strong>Ampliaci\u00f3n Lomas, Isla M\u00e9rida, Paseo Quer\u00e9taro, Explanada Puebla y Masaryk 169<\/strong>, mismas que hicieron una contribuci\u00f3n al \u00c1rea Bruta Rebtable (ABR) de 288,000 metros cuadrados (m\u00b2) al portafolio de Gicsa.<\/p>\n<p>Para este a\u00f1o Gicsa planea abrir <strong>Explanada Pachuca<\/strong>, un centro comercial con la marca Malltertainment que integra una amplia oferta comercial con marcas como Pineda Coval\u00edn, Liverpool,\u00a0Zara, Sunglass Hut, Calvin Klein, Steve Madden, Levi\u2019s, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger y Studio F.<\/p>\n<p>El centro comercial tendr\u00e1 un \u00e1rea comercial de 81,666\u00a0m\u00b2 y hasta el mes de septiembre registr\u00f3 una comercializaci\u00f3n del 59%. Explanada Puebla trae todo el concepto de Malltertainmente que estamos impulsando como compa\u00f1\u00eda, lo que busca este concepto es incrementar el tr\u00e1fico de nuestras propiedades y ofrecer nuevas opciones de entretenimiento\u00bb, agreg\u00f3 Luis Botello.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/constituyentes111.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-84623 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/constituyentes111-300x174.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"174\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/constituyentes111-300x174.jpg 300w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/constituyentes111-768x446.jpg 768w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/constituyentes111.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/constituyentes111-240x140.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s la firma tiene contemplada la entrega de<strong> Zentro Lomas<\/strong>, proyecto corporativo de oficinas con un ABR de 28,794\u00a0m\u00b2 con un avance de obra del 69 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEn t\u00e9rminos de compromisos para 2019 nos sentimos c\u00f3modos con esta facultad de poder entregar los proyectos en tiempo y forma. Estos proyectos van a incorporarse ahora a nuestro <strong>portafolio estabilizado<\/strong> de 11 propiedades, m\u00e1s las cinco aperturas de 2018&#8243;, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Sumado al optimismos y la confianza de Gicsa para ejecutar sus proyectos en los a\u00f1os por venir, la desarrolladora estima que el crecimiento de los <strong>centros comerciales<\/strong> se mantendr\u00e1 estable y esperan los inversionistas lo vean de la misma manera.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abVemos un crecimiento estable, no hemos visto un cambio, estamos tranquilos lo que hemos percibido hasta este momento es
