perfil\u00a0<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A pesar de la volatilidad manifestada en diferentes eventos del a\u00f1o pasado, la demanda de espacios de oficinas tuvo un desempe\u00f1o sobresaliente al cierre del cuarto trimestre de 2018, de acuerdo con datos de de la consultora inmobiliaria <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.mx\/es-mx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cushman &amp; Wakefield<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la firma, el inventario de<strong> oficinas Clase A<\/strong> en la capital registr\u00f3 un total de <strong>6 millones 474,450 metros cuadrados<\/strong> (m\u00b2) y una absorci\u00f3n neta de 448,149\u00a0m\u00b2, cifras que muestran una tendencia de preferencia frente a otros espacios de oficinas.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Clase.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-84510 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Clase-300x66.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"332\" height=\"73\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Clase-300x66.png 300w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Clase-768x169.png 768w, 332px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00abEs particularmente interesante observar la continua mudanza hacia espacios de mayor calidad, lo que ha hecho a la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico un lugar donde una importante absorci\u00f3n positiva en edificios Clase A se presenta en paralelo con una <strong>absorci\u00f3n<\/strong> negativa de edificios Clase B y C\u00bb, se\u00f1ala la firma en el documento.<\/p>\n<p>Este fen\u00f3meno, indica la consultora, estuvo presente en la mayor\u00eda de los <strong>submercados<\/strong>, pero fue m\u00e1s evidente en \u00e1reas de mayor antig\u00fcedad, como <strong>Reforma e Insurgentes<\/strong>, principalmente por la combinaci\u00f3n de precios atractivos con edificios nuevos de alto perfil,<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/tabla-1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-84511 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/tabla-1-300x169.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/tabla-1-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/tabla-1-768x433.png 768w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/tabla-1-1024x577.png 1024w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/tabla-1.png 1598w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>\n<p>Cushman\u00a0indic\u00f3 que durante el 2018 se entregaron <strong>659,200 m\u00b2 de nuevos edificios<\/strong> de oficinas,\u00a063.1% m\u00e1s que el promedio de los cinco a\u00f1os anteriores, pero el volumen de edificios en construcci\u00f3n es hoy 35.3% menor al de hace un a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>El sector gobierno y los servicios financieros mantuvieron\u00a0el\u00a0liderazgo, mientras que las empresas de tecnolog\u00eda y la industria de la comunicaci\u00f3n continuaron su ascenso como grandes usuarios de
