secretario de <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SCT_mx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Comunicaciones y Transportes<\/a>, en conjunto con <strong>Cedric Iv\u00e1n Escalante Sauri<\/strong>, subsecretario de Infraestructura, presentaron el <strong>Programa Nacional de Infraestructura Carretera\u00a0<\/strong>para la conservaci\u00f3n de carreteras y la construcci\u00f3n de caminos en cabeceras municipales que contempla una inversi\u00f3n de 78,000 millones de pesos (mdp).<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de este programa se plantea dar prioridad a 300 ayuntamientos de Oaxaca que no cuentan con infraestructura carretera para beneficiarlos con el <strong>Programa para la Pavimentaci\u00f3n de Caminos a Cabeceras Municipales,<\/strong>\u00a0que atender\u00e1 5,500 kil\u00f3metros (km) a nivel nacional con una inversi\u00f3n de 14,200 mdp.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el <strong>Programa de Conservaci\u00f3n de Carreteras<\/strong>\u00a0rehabilitar\u00e1 8,500 km que se encuentran en mal estado y se mejorar\u00e1n las condiciones de tr\u00e1nsito en 40,000 km de la Red Carretera Federal Libre de Peaje con una inversi\u00f3n de 19,627 mdp.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/lopezobrador_\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0ha afirmado que durante su gobierno dar\u00e1 prioridad al mantenimiento de caminos y carreteras, asimismo a terminar obras inconclusas como la autopista Oaxaca-Mitla-Istmo de Tehuantepec y la Oaxaca-Puerto Escondido.<\/p>\n<p>Dichas inversiones generar\u00e1n 80 mil empleos directos y m\u00e1s de 200 mil indirectos, con lo cual \u201cse pavimentar\u00e1 la <strong>Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u201d al atender las
