a\u00f1o\u00a0<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El 2018 fue un gran a\u00f1o para la apertura de nuevos mega desarrollos comerciales que transformaron el rostro de los usos mixtos en M\u00e9xico, que cada d\u00eda apuestan m\u00e1s por la innovaci\u00f3n, el lujo y la eficiencia en cada proyecto para ofrecer soluciones integrales a los segmentos corporativos, residencial y comercial.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n hacemos un recuento de algunos de los m\u00e1s destacados que se han convertido en un hito para el desarrollo inmobiliario del pa\u00eds:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Landmark Guadalajara<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En noviembre <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thorurbana.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Thor Urbana<\/strong><\/a> abri\u00f3 oficialmente las puertas de The Landmark Guadalajara, un desarrollo de usos mixtos en el que se invirtieron m\u00e1s de 4,700 mdp, que cambi\u00f3 el rostro de la zona metropolitana de Guadalajara con sus 25,000 metros cuadrados (m\u00b2) de \u00e1rea comercial,\u00a0dos torres, una de 20 pisos con 20,000 m\u00b2 para oficinas con inquilinos como WeWork y la otra de 26 pisos para 150 departamentos residenciales.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2018\/11\/22\/inaugura-thor-urbana-the-landmark-guadalajara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" grande del sureste del pa\u00eds con sus m\u00e1s de 600,000 metros cuadrados (m2) de construcci\u00f3n en el que trabajaron de manera conjunta las empresas <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inmobiliamx.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Inmobilia<\/a>, Thor Urbana y GFA Grupo Inmobiliario.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El concepto integra 7 torres residenciales con amplia capacidad de departamentos, 6 torres corporativas con 85,000 m2 rentables de oficinas AAA con Certificaci\u00f3n LEED y un centro comercial lifestyle \u2013The Harbor M\u00e9rida\u2013 con m\u00e1s de 65,000 m2 rentables en todas sus fases, que tambi\u00e9n es de los m\u00e1s grandes del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2018\/11\/01\/via-montejo-transforma-el-rostro-del-sureste\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" Danhos<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0lanz\u00f3\u00a0la tercera torre de oficinas del desarrollo de usos mixtos Toreo Parque Central, ubicado a unas cuadras del Cetram Cuatro Caminos, con el que la firma sum\u00f3 a su portafolio un total de 237,000 metros cuadrados (m\u00b2) en esta zona metropolitana.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de la Torre A que comprende de un \u00e1rea rentable de 60,000 m\u00b2 que requiri\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n de alrededor de 2,000 millones de pesos, para complementar la oferta de este desarrollo que ya cuenta con 17,000 m\u00b2 para un Hotel Fiesta Inn cinco estrellas, 100,000 m\u00b2 para un centro comercial y 120,000 m\u00b2 adicionales de oficinas corporativas con certificaci\u00f3n LEED Gold.<\/p>\n<a \u00e1rea comercial, hoteler\u00eda y una torre de oficinas, convirti\u00e9ndolo en uno de los desarrollos m\u00e1s modernos de la ciudad tapat\u00eda.<\/p>\n<a noreferrer\"><strong>IUrbana<\/strong><\/a> lanz\u00f3 las dos torres de oficinas del desarrollo de usos mixtos Sentura en Perif\u00e9rico Norte, que cuentan con un \u00e1rea bruta rentable de 21,260 metros cuadrados (m\u00b2), y tuvieron una inversi\u00f3n de 600 millones de pesos. Las dos torres comparten espacio con un centro comercial propiedad de <strong>Fibra Shop<\/strong> y un hotel 5 estrellas de <strong>Fibra Hotel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<a
