tres a\u00f1os<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Jes\u00fas Esteva\u00a0 Medina, Secretario de <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/sobsecdmx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Obras y Servicios de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong><\/a>, present\u00f3 los avances en la ampliaci\u00f3n de la L\u00ednea 12 del Metro al presidente <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/lopezobrador_\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Esteva Medina declar\u00f3 que la obra se encuentra en un avance del 29%, es decir, se tienen 2 kil\u00f3metros excavados incluyendo obras como la lumbrera de Rosas Rojas, un tramo en direcci\u00f3n a la estaci\u00f3n \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n y un t\u00fanel con 40 metros de profundidad.<\/p>\n<p>La obra est\u00e1 dividida en tres etapas: construcci\u00f3n de t\u00fanel principal, que medir\u00e1 3.6 km y necesita 13 lumbreras; la segunda etapa continuar\u00e1 con la instalaci\u00f3n de electromec\u00e1nica y de v\u00edas, finalmente se concluir\u00e1 con la construcci\u00f3n de las estaciones <strong>Valent\u00edn Campa<\/strong>, <strong>\u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n<\/strong> y la <strong>terminal Observatorio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s se est\u00e1n utilizando m\u00e9todos constructivos para mejorar la seguridad de la obra, como el uso de maquinaria especializada para minimizar el ruido y la vibraci\u00f3n, junto con la colocaci\u00f3n de un sistema de impermeabilizaci\u00f3n para el mantenimiento posterior a la construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Con una inversi\u00f3n de <strong>9,538 millones de pesos<\/strong> (mdp), m\u00e1s <strong>1,491 mdp<\/strong> para la adquisici\u00f3n de cinco trenes, L\u00f3pez Obrador
