{"id":83572,"date":"2018-12-19T11:14:17","date_gmt":"2018-12-19T17:14:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=83572"},"modified":"2019-01-29T13:12:36","modified_gmt":"2019-01-29T19:12:36","slug":"infonavit-reestructurar-creditos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/infonavit-reestructurar-creditos\/","title":{"rendered":"Infonavit lanzar\u00e1 programa para reestructurar cr\u00e9ditos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El objetivo es beneficiar a los trabajadores que han visto incrementar su saldo por encima de la deuda original<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores <strong>(Infonavit)<\/strong> impulsar\u00e1 un programa para reestructurar cr\u00e9ditos, con el cual, el organismo buscar\u00e1 beneficiar a los trabajadores que han visto el saldo de su financiamiento elevarse por arriba de la deuda original.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo dio a conocer el director general del Instituto, <strong>Carlos Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, quien destac\u00f3 que la medida tiene como meta apoyar a los acreditados cuyos pr\u00e9stamos se originaron en Veces Salarios M\u00ednimos (<strong>VSM<\/strong>) y que a la fecha su deuda se ha incrementado hasta 1.5 veces.<\/p>\n<p>En conferencia, el directivo destac\u00f3 que en una primera etapa se tiene identificado a 158,000 trabajadores que califican para acceder al esquema. Destac\u00f3 que con la reestructura, los acreditados del Infonavit tendr\u00e1n un financiamiento <strong>en pesos<\/strong> y a <strong>tasa fija<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAl programa podr\u00e1n acceder trabajadores que vayan al corriente. La meta es reducir el <strong>sobresaldo<\/strong> que han tenido\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>El directivo indic\u00f3 que los cr\u00e9ditos que fueron contratados en VSM resultan hasta 50% m\u00e1s caros para el derechohabiente que los originados en pesos. Detall\u00f3 que a la fecha seis de cada 10 hipotecas est\u00e1n en VSM, es decir, 4.4 millones de financiamientos.<\/p>\n<p>El Director General detall\u00f3 que en comparaci\u00f3n con otros esfuerzos que se han emprendido para ayudar a acreditados con financiamientos en VSM, esta vez el organismo notificar\u00e1 a los trabajadores que sean candidatos y aplicar\u00edan el esquema de manera autom\u00e1tica. Indic\u00f3 que para la reestructura se considerar\u00e1 aplicar quitas al saldo de la deuda, sobre todo en casos donde la deuda ya se coloca muy por encima del saldo original de la
