Cabe se\u00f1alar que en el per\u00edodo reportado, se registr\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de 177,125 unidades de los diversos segmentos.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_83088\" style=\"width: 410px\" la producci\u00f3n en el segmento <strong>residencial<\/strong> alcanz\u00f3 un total de 439 unidades, en el segmento <strong>medio<\/strong> y <strong>tradicional<\/strong> lleg\u00f3 a 60,619, es decir una baja de 2.29% en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAl mes de octubre 2018, se observa un ligero aumento en la producci\u00f3n de vivienda de inter\u00e9s social respecto al a\u00f1o anterior, un valor de 34% del total de la producci\u00f3n para la media y un valor equivalente vivienda residencial respecto al a\u00f1o previo\u201d, destac\u00f3 el
