gobierno<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A poco m\u00e1s de un mes para iniciar el 2019, las perspectivas econ\u00f3micas de la industria de la construcci\u00f3n apuntan a que en el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o habr\u00e1 un crecimiento de aproximadamente 2.5%, de acuerdo con estimaciones del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmic.org.mx\/cmic\/ceesco\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Centro de Estudios Econ\u00f3micos del Sector de la Construcci\u00f3n<\/a> (CEESCO).<\/p>\n<p>En su m\u00e1s reciente reporte indic\u00f3 que los factores que podr\u00e1n impulsar al sector ser\u00e1n la construcci\u00f3n industrial, la edificaci\u00f3n residencial para estratos medios y altos, la infraestructura tur\u00edstica, la edificaci\u00f3n comercial y de servicios, as\u00ed como una mayor inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica y privada.<\/p>\n<p>El organismo perteneciente a la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmic.org.mx\/cmic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">C\u00e1mara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcci\u00f3n<\/a> (CMIC), se manifest\u00f3 a favor de obras de infraestructura propuestas por el nuevo gobierno encabezado por Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, como el Tren Maya, la edificaci\u00f3n de caminos rurales, construcci\u00f3n de la refiner\u00eda en Dos Bocas, Tabasco, la reconstrucci\u00f3n de inmuebles da\u00f1ados por el sismo del 19 de septiembre de 2017, por mencionar algunas.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, puntualiz\u00f3 que existen factores de riesgo como el aumento a los precios del petr\u00f3leo, el aumento en las tasas de inter\u00e9s, la inflaci\u00f3n y el rompimiento en las din\u00e1micas ante un nuevo gobierno.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCon la entrada de la nueva administraci\u00f3n, es necesario que los actores que participan en el desarrollo de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas comiencen a trabajar conjuntamente para dar el impulso necesario al desarrollo de infraestructura que necesita el pa\u00eds\u201d, subray\u00f3 el CEESCO.<\/p>\n<p>Ante ello, apunt\u00f3 que los retos de la industria deben orientarse a la reactivaci\u00f3n de los proyectos de obra p\u00fablica bajo una regulaci\u00f3n a mediano y corto plazo, apoyados de una inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica, el dinamismo de la inversi\u00f3n privada, asociaciones entre ambas, una mayor trasparencia en los procesos de asignaci\u00f3n y nuevos mecanismos de
