{"id":81979,"date":"2018-11-22T08:00:26","date_gmt":"2018-11-22T14:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=81979"},"modified":"2018-12-13T13:32:33","modified_gmt":"2018-12-13T19:32:33","slug":"piden-reformar-ley-infonavit-y-bajar-tasa-de-interes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/piden-reformar-ley-infonavit-y-bajar-tasa-de-interes\/","title":{"rendered":"Piden reformar Ley Infonavit para bajar tasa de inter\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El Secretario de la Comisi\u00f3n de Vivienda, Alejandro Carvajal, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se deben impulsar modificaci\u00f3n de fondo para otorgar mejores condiciones crediticias <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al considerar que el cr\u00e9dito del <strong>Infonavit <\/strong>es muy caro y que este factor provoca que el organismo no cumpla con su funci\u00f3n social, el diputado <strong>Alejandro Carvajal<\/strong>, secretario de la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n de Vivienda<\/strong> en San L\u00e1zaro, llam\u00f3 a hacer un an\u00e1lisis a profundidad de la labor del Instituto. En este sentido, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que para 2019 ser\u00e1 fundamental revisar la Ley del Infonavit y buscar reformarla de manera sustancial en aras, dijo, que las condiciones que ofrezca el organismo sean m\u00e1s accesibles para los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Al participar en el <strong>Foro Nacional de Vivienda \u2018Hacia la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n\u2019<\/strong>, realizado en el Palacio Legislativo de San L\u00e1zaro, el integrante de la bancada de Morena a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que otro factor que se deber\u00e1 impulsar es reducir el plazo de los cr\u00e9ditos para que ya no sean a 30 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCreo que obligatoriamente se tienen que analizar la Ley del Infonavit y s\u00ed modificarla de manera sustancial. Primero, para que baje el inter\u00e9s y haya posibilidad de pago y, segundo,para que el plazo no sea a 30 a\u00f1os. Pero tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00edamos que buscar modificar los marcos y abaratar el costo de las viviendas y bajar el inter\u00e9s de los cr\u00e9ditos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En su participaci\u00f3n, el legislador reiter\u00f3 que es necesario modificar el marco legal de los organismos de vivienda en M\u00e9xico. Subray\u00f3 que es de suma importancia ofrecer mejores condiciones y, entre otras cosas, frenar la tasa del Infonavit.<\/p>\n<p>Aunado a lo anterior, dijo que para impulsar el acceso de vivienda entre las familias de bajos recursos se debe detonar la participaci\u00f3n de otros agentes financieros, como las cooperativas y las cajas de
