As\u00ed, en el periodo, se colocaron 656,400 cr\u00e9ditos entre los tres actores involucrados.  <\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con datos de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda (Conavi), el n\u00famero de acciones concretadas represent\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n del orden de los 250,800 millones de pesos de pesos. El monto derramado equivale a una variaci\u00f3n positiva de 7.1% en comparaci\u00f3n con los 234,300 millones de pesos destinados en 2017.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl resultado fue impulsado por la inversi\u00f3n del Infonavit, la cual represent\u00f3 un incremento de 9.0% en comparaci\u00f3n al monto colocado entre enero y septiembre de 2017. El crecimiento de la inversi\u00f3n es atribuible en su totalidad al mayor monto promedio de los cr\u00e9ditos (\u2026)\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el organismo. <\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n presentada en el Reporte Mensual del Sector Vivienda correspondiente a noviembre, en inversi\u00f3n acumulada en los \u00faltimos doce meses a septiembre 2018, el monto alcanz\u00f3 los 341,400 millones de pesos, cifra que representa un aumento de 6.8% en relaci\u00f3n al periodo anterior comparable. Del total de los recursos, 57.6% se destin\u00f3 para vivienda nueva, mientras que 35% para vivienda usada. <\/p>\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que, en t\u00e9rminos generales, incluyendo la participaci\u00f3n de todos los organismos del ecosistema financiero que participan en el otorgamiento de cr\u00e9dito a la vivienda, en el pa\u00eds se entregaron 852,400 cr\u00e9ditos, por un monto
